What a fabulous experience! The food we prepared was fresh and super tasty. The spring rolls we made were better than any I've eaten before. Chloe did a fantastic job with us from the market tour to the kitchen, the whole time interspersing a little food history and Vietnamese culture, heart warming to hear stories about food and the way it brings families together to share. We even learned how to make egg coffee, lucky, as after only trying it for the first time this week I think I'm now addicted!
Chloe made the whole experience fun, entertaining and easy to understand. If you get the chance to do this I'd highly recommend you do.

The teacher was so nice and energizer to explain vietnam’s culture! The buncha and the ñem we cooked were the best I’ve ever tried!!!

Everything went smoothly, the kitchen was clean and well organized.
We had Linh and you could tell she is passionate about food. She's was a great teacher and very thoughtful.
I like that we also got to learn some interesting facts about Vietnamese culture.
Can highly recommend the class to both beginners and more experienced cooks

A truly authentic experience. It was superbly organised and ran like clockwork. Rose Kitchen is situated in an alleyway in Hanoi, just as you would hope rather than in some shopping centre or area. Chloe, our host, was superb as the cultural storyteller. Our 10-year-old granddaughter was fully involved, in the experience. We would highly recommend this as a wonderful family activity right from visiting the local market through to sitting together as a group eating delicious food. Thank you Chloe and Justin for a fantastic experience.

I had a great time learning to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes at Rose Kitchen. Our host Linh was very informative and helpful throughout the evening. She had lots to share and taught us a lot about not just the food, but traditions and aspects of Vietnamese culture.
