First of all, the pre-activity communication was very detailed and reliable. The pick up was on time, then we went to the local market for ingredients shopping. The cooking course was done in a beautiful local house with a garden. Everything is clean and well-organized. We got to learn two of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. Vanessa the host was super energetic and she explained very well the cooking processes. It feels like the time was too short. Highly recommend this experience for any cooking lovers visiting Hanoi! A fantastic experience, from an excursion around a local market to rolling up your sleeves in a very clean and welcoming location. The Hostesses are exceptionally well spoken and informative about this rich and vibrant Vietnamese culture. A great life experience for the young teenagers!! Highly recommended

Our group of 10 joined the private Vietnamese cooking class and was taught by Amy. We absolutely loved it. Amy first took us to a local market to pick up groceries and taught us the different season produces.
Amy‘s hospitality and friendliness was the highlight of the entire trip to Hanoi! She went above and beyond to customize the experience for us. She even spent the whole day helping us secure tickets to Blackpink concert!!! Thank you Amy!

This was the highlight of our time in Hanoi. Our chef was Ruby and she was so wonderful. She guided us through the market sharing so much information about the local foods and vendors. She was so enthusiastic and had a great sense of humor. Back at the Villa she guided us in making the most delicious egg rolls, banana leaf salad and beef pho. As a treat we had coconut and egg coffee. We will never forget this incredible experience and can’t wait to try to being back to life back at home with the many recipes that were shared.

It was such an wonderful evening. We started with an very interesting market tour. Simon explained everything to us. Later on we drove to the villa for cooking. It was so much fun and the food was just amazing. Thank you again Simon and also thanks to the kitchen lady’s..
