Excellent food in authentic restaurants you wouldn't know about unless you lived in San Diego. Loved that a little history about the city was mixed in too.

Great time! The first time food tour was so fin my picky eaters are excited to do another one. Food was awesome, stories interesting, and Noah had great energy. Loved all the extra suggestions of places to check out, too.

We've been on several food tours, and this was a great one. The food-to-walk ratio was perfect to keep up the appetite, and Noah made it feel like a casual walk with friends. All the food stops were delicious and worthy of repeat visits, and we picked up some extra recommendations around town from Noah and other people on the tour. I'm not one to pick favorites in a sea of great, but the guy at Havana 1920 showed the most hospitality--and made some great cocktails to accompany our empanadas. Beyond food, we really enjoyed the stories at and between tour stops. The description calls it history, but it was really the guide making us part of the memory of this interesting San Diego district.

This was one of the best food tours we’ve ever taken! The tour provides a great mixture of food types including bagels, Mexican, Cuban, Thai and ice cream. Each restaurant had great food and customer service.

Our guide, Noah, did a great job of sprinkling the Gaslamp Quarter’s historical tidbits in with food facts. He also was very organized and ordered food prior to the upcoming stops. This reduced our wait times at the restaurants.

Our group of guests really bonded during the tour leading to good conversation and made the time feel too short.

If you’re looking for a San Diego food tour, I highly recommend this one.

Noah , our tour guide, was extremely knowlegeable and fun. I live in San Diego and learned so much . The food was excellent except the Mexican restaurant. Fish tacos were very disappointing and atmosphere not the best. I have already booked another tour with family , will request Noah and ask for another restaurant to replace the Mexican one .

We had an enjoyable tour with Aja who was very friendly and informative on the Gaslamp’s history. All the food was delicious and plentiful. We liked the fact that we were seated at tables and were comfortably able to enjoy the food.
I appreciated that Aja gave us a heads-up about the availability of restroom breaks.

I was very pleased with this tour! We were able to sit down at each of the restaurants allowing us to not only enjoy both the experience and the food, but chat with the other guests! No standing in the sun trying to fumble a plate, napkin and bottle of water.

Unlike prior tour experiences (with other companies), we were provided with a glass of water at most locations. Other companies failed to provide the same consideration. Highly recommend this tour. Thank you Noah!
