Men and women get scrubbed and washed in the same room. I was not aware that I was supposed to wear a swimsuit. I had to wear my underwear and bra in front of strangers while everyone else seemed to get the swimsuit memo. It was embarassing. The whole facility seemed a little creepy.

(1) Chaotic service, the staff were rushing to cope with how many people they were dealing with. Scrub and massage were done very quickly and not great quality
(2) Overprices massage - 100 € for one hour, quality was ok tho.
(3) Bathhouse itself didn’t have any steam, was like a waiting room for scrub. The spa itself was very rundown and not well maintained
(4) coffee scrub ruined the swimmers. Surprised that the stuff didn’t give us a heads up
(5) Facial mask for just plain mud you can get at a 2$ shop
(6) Transfer to and back was late, aircon was barely working in the 40 degree heat
Everyone who was with us was not loving this day at spa unfortunately. No locals would go there.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Unique experience . Felt very pampered and quality of massage ( after upgrading) was outstanding and still a very good value.

It was an interesting experience that was worth it. Wearing a bathing suit, bring sandals you can get wet, and be ready to be in a bathhouse with other people around while you are scrubbed, and then washed with foaming bubbles/soap that feel fluffy all over your body, We also got massages after that felt great, and it came with a face mask when you were done.

The actual spa experience was very nice. The spa was clean and pleasant. We started with a sauna and then we moved to their wet area and waited an inordinate amount of time before they started the actual bath. When they finally got to us, the scrub, soap and rinse was very nice. Then there was more waiting before a wonderful massage. They tried to upsell us to a longer massage, but we kept the 45 minute that they booked.
The downside was the lack of organization of the whole experience. We waited for everything from being picked up to the actual. There didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the order that they took people. Several people who came after us were taken ahead of us.
It seemed like they booked too many people for the number of staff they had working. If they can figure out the logistics of the whole thing, it would be a really nice experience.

Tour agency never came. We were to be picked at 9:30. No one came. Met some taxi drivers that called the tour agency. They claimed I was to meet them at security gate. And was to check in 48 hours before the tour??? Then they said we were not at right place for meetup. We were there. We had walked up and down the street too. Then the tour agency said we were not to be picked up but rather we were expected to make it to the spa ourselves??? We paid for a return transfer from cruise ship? Then they said they would personally pick us up at 10:30am. Again - no one came….Time is the one thing you can never get back. And when on a cruise you have limited time. BUYER BEWARE!!! We are fortunate to have a travel cc to get reimbursed but will first connect with TripAdvisor for refund from this shady tour company. …If want to wait in a parking lot for 2 hours and made out to be a liar - this tour is for you!!! If not - my advice, hail a cab or walk to spa yourself…end of story, we just walked around the town and sadly did not end up going to a spa that day, no time

The hammam experience and sauna was magical. We upgraded to a 45 minute oil massage.
I would go back.
