Brilliant team at Cat Ba. we actually booked them for a multiple things. Airport Transfer, bus to and from Cat Ba and the day cruise from Cat Ba. What a team. the co-ordination on point with constant messages to make sure everyone is on time, very enthusiastic staff; from Kelly the booking staff to Happy (our guide on the cruise) were fantastic. Cat Ba island was the first thing we did as soon as we landed in Vietnam, and I couldn't have made a better choice with Cat Ba express. They really set up what to expect from the people of Vietnam
Their prices may seem a little more than others but their quality the cruise ship, the food and specially their service, really makes it worthwhile. would 100% recommend them to anybody considering Cat Ba.

Everything was amazing: kayaking around the caves, mooring in the middle of the ocean for swimming, and having a seafood lunch. I'm grateful for the thoughtfulness of our guide, Tinh! It was also convenient that there was a shuttle to the hotel. I recommend it.

The tour is great, all the time you feel like you are in something luxurious, the organization, the guide above all, who gives it a touch of quality, make this experience something nice to remember, because you can see the bay in many ways , but with the comfort that this tour offers on its beautiful boat, not everyone offers it, there are comfortable places to sit for everyone and the food, fabulous and abundant, stands out. When you arrive at the boat, the entire crew is waiting outside with a smile. and it is a door-to-door activity, from hotel to hotel. A 10.

We had a lot of fun and were provided incredible service throughout. Shoutout to Sean, Mr Whisky, and also the one guiding us in the Cruise(forgot his name but he was great and sings). The tour itself was great, the food was bomb, and very clean and honest process. Always appreciate that especially when youre in a country where you are not native to the language.
We also used catba for their private transfer from Hanoi.

Sean and the team on the Serentity Cruise did an amazing job all day on our cruise. From the pickup from our hotel to the beautiful lunch on board, the kayaking, the swimming and sharing information on the local history made for a very memorable day. They really went out of their way to look after everyone on board. The food was honestly incredible too, best food we've had in Vietnam so far. 👌

After so much research I definitely think we made the right choice with this trip. Tony was knowledgable and engaging and his English was excellent. We learned about the life of the people in the floating village and about Lan ha and Halong bay. The food on the boat was great too and they were so accommodating of lots of different dietary requirements. Tony also helped us get to our next destination and made suggestions for timings once we got there too. A great day out and a great guide!

Took the boat tour in early March and found it to be well worth it. The cruise thru Cat Ba bay was very scenic, the crew on the boat was exceptional lunch was delicious and our guide (Son) was simply top notch.

We had a great day trip with Cat Ba Express on their Lan Ha Bay cruise! Our tour guide was Sean, and he was very polite, friendly, and informative. I was impressed by the lunch - there were more than 5 dishes and they were all quite yummy. The boat was clean and comfortable, and we had more than enough space for all of us. During the time we visited (April), there weren't too many other boats or tourists, so it was a very nice, peaceful experience.

This tour exceeded expectations. Perfectly organized. The boat was beautiful. The lunch, the staff, their whole trip was as wonderful as the scenery. Our guide Son (sometimes called Sean) was helpful, funny and always there for us. It’s an incredible day for not too much money. I will always remember that day in the bay.
