I booked online and I wrote the exact time for the driver to arrive (One hour after landing) but he arrived 20 min earlier "Which is not my business", I already informed him I will be late so I toke my luggage and went out after the meet-up time around 20 min. Subsequently, The driver (Owner) asked for extra GBP 10 due to the 20 min delay.
Further he wasn't outside and I had to wait for him another 5min to pick me up.
He was sending so many messages asking me to hurry, and called more than once.
Other companies usually don't charge extra if the client is late for maximum 30min since they understand that you might face difficulties at the passport control or luggage area.
Never deal this unprofessional company.
