From the description, I thought we were only getting tickets and an audio guide, but this turned about to be a tour with a fantastic guide! Real Alcázar was beautiful and our guide, Clara, filled the tour with interesting details, history, and a wonderful sense of humor. A+

You should definitely do this tour, it's fantastic and you'll see a lot. Extra special because the guide (Klara) did it with a lot of humor, we laughed a lot at her storytelling style.

All of the guides we had through Viator bookings were solid, but a truly special guide can make all the difference. Our guide of the Alcazar was outstanding! Possessing an expert's knowledge of the Alcazar and Spanish history, she was essentially a professor. But she pairs her expertise with a sense of humor that has you hanging on every sentence for a timely and appropriate laugh. The Alcazar on it's own is a stunning example of the multiple cultures and religions that called the city home for centuries. Absolutely a must when visiting.

The Alcazar was crowded. Our group was big. The guide moved fast. Overall ok. But I would recommend getting a small group tour to really soak up the history.

We visited the Alcázar Palace in Seville and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The guide constantly interrupted the tour with additional useless jokes and irrelevant information, which made the experience tiresome and frustrating. The palace was extremely crowded, and the blistering heat added to our discomfort. We were so tired and bored of the tour that we didn't bother visiting the gardens and left with great relief. Overall, it was a visit we were glad to end.

Loved our tour guide. Fun, interesting, narrative about the palace and its history. 1.5 hours was just enough and group size was just right. Enjoyed our time there and it is a site not to be missed!

Such a beautiful place to visit, our guide was great, very lighthearted. The palace is steeped in history a truly remarkable place. The gardens are equally as beautiful, so calm and tranquil.
