Alexander was incredible! He is friendly, upbeat and so, so, so knowledgeable. We did the half day tour of the Acropolis, Zeus’ Temple and the Olympic stadium. He drove us around all of Athens and knew everything. It was like have our own personal history lesson in the comfort of a luxury mini van! Everyone in the family from my kids to my parents said it was the best tour they have ever taken! Thank you so much Alexander!

Perfect way to experience Athens! Terry our guide was amazing. He had answers to all our question, told great stories, and was super patient with the slower ones in our group. His English is amazing and he’s always smiling. Felt like we hit all the highlights without being rushed but also didn’t feel like we wasted any time. I highly recommend as a way to see and acclimate to the city and if you’re going to do it- you gotta do it with Terry!

Alexander was very knowledgeable and gave so much interesting details about Greek mythology, history, and the city. He made sure we had clear directions when we visited sites and that we had plenty of water. I highly recommend

Our tour guide Terry was excellent. He was very knowledgeable in history of each of the sites we visited, flexible to make adjustments to our time at each stop and recommend an authentic place for lunch. We really enjoyed his pride in his city and sharing it with us! We would book with Olive Sea again. They were prompt with communication and we had day of phone numbers just in case.

My wife and I recently had 24 hours in Athens and wanted to see and learn as much as much as we could in a day. We booked a morning tour with Alexander as our guide, and it exceeded our expectations. Alexander was incredibly informative, making sure we had the historical background before we walked around the sights - his ability to convey a wealth of information in a short period was impressive. He was also very personable, making it easy to engage and learn from him, which made for a fun all-around day. You’ll learn a lot just while driving around the city with him (side note he is also a good driver). He also gave us some great recommendations on what we were looking to do that afternoon, which were spot-on. If you’re looking to maximize your time in Athens to see the city and learn the history on any level with a fantastic guide, we highly recommend booking a tour with Alexander.

Stephano was the most wonderful guide to show me all around Athens!! He was fun, shared incredible history and very time efficient but never felt rushed. It was a hot day in the city and cooling down in his car with water between sights made for a very enjoyable day.

This was a wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Panos, was knowledgeable, engaging, and funny and kept our family of 6 (including 4 teenagers) entertained and interested. The skip the line feature was very convenient as we could get into all historic sites without waiting in line and the traditional Greek lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants an informative, fun (and air conditioned) tour of Athens.

Best for family. Alex is a fantastic driver. He is very polite, professional and also knowledgeable. He explained to us about the history before we arrived to each site. Everything is taken cared of, the 3 courses lunch is also delicious. You get skip the line tickets. I am very happy that we chose this tour. It is very hot in Athen during summer time, and my daughter cannot tolerate more than a hour under the sun. So having this private tour so we can hop in and out of the air conditioned car is great.
