Cooking Class Taormina
For some years, the restaurant has offered the possibility to take Cooking Classes and attend a Pizza Making Course at our restaurants in Taormina. Courses are aimed at both beginners and experts, and provide the opportunity for entertaining experiences, which are both educational and unique to their kind. How to become a Chef ? Classes teach students how to make Sicilian Food, Meat dishes, Seafood dishes, Fresh Pasta, Sicilian Macaroni, Ravioli, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle, and how to prepare the Dough, Pizza, and Bread. Cooking lessons begin with a visit to the local Fish Markets, guided by the refined expertise of the Chef, demonstrating the best fish to buy on the day and bring with you to prepare with your own hands.

Giacomo was friendly and inviting from the beginning and soon showed his thorough knowledge and love of cooking. We had a great time creating ribbons of tagliatelle and cushions of ravioli after we had put together our tiramisu all with helpful guidance along the way. Sitting down to eat our delicious food in a beautiful leafy courtyard surrounded by herbs and plants was a highlight. Thank you for a fabulous evening out!

I can't recommend this tour enough. The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. We had perfect views of the ocean, while we were making/ having lunch, which made it feel like a quintessential Sicilian experience.

The people running the class were outstanding. It was very well coordinated and instruction was clear and personalised. Food turned out great. An altogether delightful experience.

Great food, led by a fantastic chef and guide. He made the whole day fun and we had loads of food, wine, drinks all day - nothing was too much bother. It felt like we really got value for money and learned a lot. It was fun to be with a group of other learners also. I booked this as a surprise for my partners 30th and it felt very special activity to do for a n occasion. Would highly recommend!

We had a marvelous time doing the cooking with Lucca. He made the experience so much fun. We had great food and learned so much. I wish I could take lucca home with me to do it every night. Great fun was had by all.

From start to finish, this was incredible fun. All ages all abilities all appetites. This cookery course really catered to the customer and with a big heart. We were amazed at how much we learnt and how full we were when we ate what we had made (and it’s plentiful), plenty to drink and endless laughs. This is something you don’t want to miss. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would definitely do this again. Our Chef Paolo you are the best, Thank you for a great day. Xx

Luca was a great teacher. Helped me make a great pizza and an average pasta, which is good for me. Highly recommend. Fun experience.

This was our favorite part of our trip to Taormina! The market tour was educational and exciting, as we saw where all of our fresh food was coming from. We ended up getting a private lesson, which was incredibly engaging, and the final dishes were incredible. All the restaurant staff were so kind and funny, making the experience that much better. We highly recommend it!
