Early in the morning, depart from Florence by bus to reach Manarola, our first stop. Then move to Vernazza, Monterosso and Riomaggiore by local trains and boat.

Gabriele and Giovani were great! Informative, helpful, knew what to show in terms of views, secret passages, the recommended restaurant provided a nice meal. Bring flip-flops or water shoes for the rocky beach!!

Perfect day traveling from Florence to Cinque Terre. The tour leader, Frederica, was perfect. She kept us all informed on when/where to meet at each location. She purchased the train and boat tickets, so we didn't have to mess with any of those details. She also provided tips at each location on where to go to see what you were interested in. Could not have been better!

Everything was great! From getting off the bus, to explanations, to trains between the cities of Cibque Terre, to free time. The guide Sebastião is attentive and the driver Paulo is patient. We love it! Besides, Cinque Terre is stunning!

Steven was guide and navigated the train times for us. Beautiful seaside towns with good food and shops sell similar items in each town. This is a fast moving tour so you have to ensure you are able bodied to get to the trains quickly and on time…lots of uphill! If you have mobility issues probably not the right tour.

The trip was cancelled at the last minute with the only alternative being joining a group of 70 the next day or a refund. No opportunity offered to re-schedule. Did another trip from another company on Friday and know that it would have been impossible to manage a group of 70 and have an enjoyable experience.
The refund should be immediate. No refund as of yet.
