We got an abbreviated tour! It was not well organized and did not meet my expectations!
Guide was nice but rushed the group through the cathedral!

I had a hard time finding the meeting place , partly due to not feeling well. Their customer service employee stayed on the phone with me with so much patience until I located it. Our guide was very passionate with a lot of information of the Duomo. It was a little hard to understand her, so we had to listen carefully. Very nice!

This tour was such a great value. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We loved how efficient the check in with the tour operator was and appreciated not having to wait in line with a side entry access into the Duomo.

We were unable to find the tour guide and missed the tour. Contacted the tour provider but they were unable to direct us in the very crowded area around the duomo.
Recommend you select from a tour company with an actual office location. This was simply a meeting location on the street.

Tour should have been cancelled and money refunded or rescheduled due to religious holiday. Tour guide was knowledgeable, but tour was unsatisfactory due to limitations inside the cathedral. Viator and tour guide knew about holiday but didn’t reschedule.

We meet our guide and she was very friendly and personable and extremely informative. I was with my mother and she really took her time and made sure we got the most out of the experience.
