Absolutely terrible experience. They selling private VAN transportation, but instead using a sedan. Driver was late to pick up us from Airport and never showed up in our resort for pick up is back to the Airport. They refused communicate with us an all and just simply hand up. Try stay away from this company if you would like have a good vacation and be on time for your fly back home.

This company sucks . After getting to the airport and wait 50 minutes with 2 kids , they said they don’t have mini vans for us . We booked and prepaid it all ahead of the trip . When asked for refund , since then it costed us $270 for a half hour ride to hour hotel they said Expedia is responsible and when we call Expedia they said it’s MTS fault since they didn’t provide the can service . Never again .

I would NOT recommend anyone waste their TIME nor their MONEY with Mexican Travel Solutions. First, my family "upgraded" from a (group) shuttle to a Private Transfer from the Cancun airport to the resort we were staying at because the group shuttle wait times were too long and we wanted to get off the plane and to our resort with as little delay as possible. We waited nearly an hour, outside, in the parking lot for our van to arrive, watching other family groups that arrived after us, get their shuttle first.
To make matters worse, when we got to our resort and out of curiosity asked the Bellman the cost of a taxi ride, he confirmed that it would be $40 USD (far exceeding the $59 we paid to MTS to wait around for nearly an hour before leaving).
And just when you think it COULDN'T GET WORSE??? - we received an email confirmation that when our vacation was over, all we'd need to do is wait in our lobby at a specific time. After waiting 30 extra minutes, I went to the MTS desk and asked what the problem was. Result = they didn't even plan for a ride for us to the airport - even though I had email confirmation !!!!
BE WARNED. Simply bring USD to Cancun, walk off the plane, get a taxi. No wait. No hassle. No disappointments. No stress. Save time. Save money.

I was concerned at first due to the amount of negative reviews, however we did not have any problems at all! They were right outside the doors of the airport, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our private shuttle. The driver got us safely to our hotel over an hour away. The return trip, the driver was perfectly on time and got us to the airport timely. The lovely lady who helped arrange the return transport and offered excursions, was very helpful and pleasant!

Normally I do not do excursions but both were amazing. Very adventurous. We did the isla mujeres boat trip and beach club and the atv and cenote sinkhole swimming. Went for my mother’s birthday and Ms. Anna made dinner reservations for us at a fancy restaurant. Ms. Anna and all the tour guides were so informative and nice. Will def recommend

Nobody with my name was outside. Finally after 30 min found a person who helped me to find somebody from that taxi company . Then had to wait another 30 min to car to arrive to take us to airport

They never took care of the transfer...they didn't recognize it...I had to find and pay for another one in Playa del Carmen, Mexico

I ended up canceling my ride as they wanted to charge me 32 dollars extra for both ways
Stating I would be waiting hours for other people to come to shuttle and that I should upgrade to private ride which would be 64 dollars each way. Scammers

I was a little nervous after reading bad reviews for this company. Many people said they were never picked up from the hotel, when returning to the airport. I had already booked through Expedia and hoped for the best. We had the BEST experience! We only waited about 15 minutes for our private van going to the hotel. 2 days into the trip, I got a text asking to meet the rep in the hotel lobby to confirm our flight going back. A 5 minute meeting confirmed our flight and pickup time back to the airport. They arrived right on time and even a little early, to take us back to the airport....right in front of the hotel entrance. I will definitely use them again.
