POR FAVOR NO LOS CONTRATEN!
LOS PEORES TRASLADOS QUE HAY Y SI QUIEREN EVITAR HACER CORAJES EN SUS VACACIONES, NO SE VAYAN POR ESTA OPCIÓN DE PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
LLEGANDO AL AEROPUERTO TENÍAMOS YA CONTRATADOS UNOS TRASLADOS PRIVADOS.
Para empezar, en la hoja que se compró sale otro nombre de proveedor . En Segunda, no se anuncian con tu nombre ni nada y así pues no sabes a dónde acudir .
Posteriormente nos hicieron esperar muchísimo , puesto que no tienen suficiente personal y aún así, aceptan todas las reservas con tal de vender .
Para el traslado de regreso, nos comunicamos 24 hrs antes , me dieron un pick up para pasar por nosotros al hotel 5 hrs antes!!! Y eso que es un servicio privado , pero como tienen camionetas , los dejaron un pésimo horario . Que haremos 4 hrs antes de mi vuelo en el aeropuerto .
Su atención nefasta , igual que sus gestiones .
Si no tienen suficiente personal , mejor no vendan . Pésima calidad al cliente , lo peores traslados .

We booked this company through Expedia for round trip transportation, they picked us up at the airport after 30mins wait and ended up didn’t picking us up from the hotel to the airport.we have to get the taxi and pay extra since we can’t contact either one of them because we out of US and no service.We asked Expedia to return half of the money back but this company refused it.We ended up have to pay double, don’t book through this company,unprofessional and no responsibility.We even contacted them by email 2 days before our fly but they stop answering us.Don’t make yourself almost missed the fly like us because you can’t contact either non of them in Mexico.

We opted for a private shuttle transfer both from the airport and from our resort. Both rides and drivers were good but we made the mistake of being nice and trying to help out the company. On our return to the airport, our driver received a phone call shortly after we were picked up. In his broken English he asked if we would mind if he picked up another couple at a close by resort. We were not in a rush back to the airport so we agreed if it was not too far out of the way. It ended up adding about 30 minutes to our trip as it was not as close as he said. When we returned home, we contacted our agent to request a refund for the private upcharge and were told to contact MTS customer service. I sent an email as instructed, received a confirmation email saying I would be contacted within 72 hours. This time came and went and two more emails were sent with no response. I have yet to receive any contact from this company nor have I received any type of refund. Moral of this story - don't try and be nice or help them out without getting your refund up front!

Do yourself a favor, avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is terrible. Upon arrival it is not easy to spot the MTS agent. Upon finding the agent and moving on to where the rest of the agents and MTS vehicles are, you are made to wait in line in what seems chaos where there's no order and no one seems to know what's going on. Agents at airport are anything but pleasant or welcoming and you're treated like you're asking for a free ride and it's an inconvenience to them at best. Their representative at our hotel was simply useless. Does not know how to properly communicate with the guest and/or was too lazy to do his job. We spent all week trying to get information on how return trip to the airport works. On the day of our return,I contact the MTS hotel rep again to confirm time and he tells me he can't help because it's his day off and if I need something I need to call customer service. So I do, and then I get the very unpleasant Jonathan on the phone. I explain to Jonathan what's happening and that we have been requesting a 1:30 pm pickup time through Fausto all week. He rudely proceeds to tell me that they have us scheduled for for an earlier time and that's all they can do for us and if we don't like that time tough luck because that's all he has. It was not so much the discrepancy in time but the pure RUDENESS in which he communicated. ZERO customer service skills. They all act like we're just inconveniencing them. NEVER AGAIN.

Fermin from MTS contacted us to confirm the transaction prior to our trip and gave us detailed instructions. We arrived at the airport and needed assistance locating MTS. After locating MTS we checked in and in about 15 minutes we were in the private shuttle on our way to the hotel. Our pickup from the hotel was on time. Remember to tip!

This company is the worst to deal with. They did not confirm their pickup time with me. They did not show up at the scheduled time. I was on hold for 2 hrs with customer service. Do not do any business with them.

I was forgotten in the hotel lobby. My transfer was scheduled for 12:25 pm. I checked out at 11:40 am and waited for the van in the hotel lobby. Drivers from other transport services stopped their vans and notified reception, who, in turn, called guests into the lobby. However, the MTS driver didn't even bother (according to the hotel staff), he got out of the van and stayed there for 5 minutes and then left, leaving me behind. On time, I got up from the waiting couch and went outside. I didn't see any van with MTS company identification, nor a driver wearing the company uniform. The company never called me to inform me that the driver was there. At 12:35 pm I called the company and was informed that the van was there and that, in my “absence”, it continued its journey. Total lack of care: the driver could have picked me up (as others did), there could have been identification (sticker on the van and uniform), they could have called me, but they didn't and none of that happened. Negligence!

Picked us up from the airport no problem even confirmed pick up from the hotel, but they never showed up. We had to pay extra for additional transportation.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I have never experienced a more horrible service. Our flight was delayed when we got to Cancun, they told us that our driver did not want to wait for us and left. On top of that they had no other cars that can accommodate us. They left us stranded in a foreign country with a 4 year old child and no help what so ever. Just a "sucks for you" kind of attitude. I wish I could sue them for what they put us through. Be aware, this company then also tried to fight us on a refund for services we did not receive.

Absolutely horrible!!! We booked (and paid for) a "private" shuttle for the transportation from Cancun airport to the hotel through Expedia 1 month before the trip. Upon landing, it took us 25 minutes to find the MTS representative. After finding him, it took another 15 minutes to confirm the mobile app receipt. When confirmed, he asked that we get on the back of a line with some 40 people. After another 30 minutes, the line not having moved, we noticed folks were slipping the same man cash and were moved to the front of the line. After another 15 minutes, the line not having moved, we approached the gentleman and asked how much longer it would be for the customers that already paid for a private shuttle and he told us that if we didn't like waiting, we could take a taxi. Really? Well, refusing to pay him more money, that's what we did. And although it cost us another $70, we did eventually arrive at our hotel some 2 hours after landing. So, regardless of what MTS tells you, unless you speak Spanish and have extra cash to pay-off the line supervisor, you're not getting the "private" shuttle you paid for and will wind-up paying for a taxi anyway. Total scammers.
