The trip was great value. Given a paper guide to look through rather than commentary which we liked. Waiters regularly took orders of food and drinks which were also great value considering this was a tourist cruise. Had the option to sit on the top deck or sit in the air conditioned areas downstairs where the windows still allowed all views to be seen. Had a lovely relaxing ride - needed a sit down after all the walking we had done so this was very convenient and pleasant - well worth doing.

There was no cruise ship when we got to meeting point. Viator does not have any customer service contact. I have done several tours with Viator which were very good, but this lack of being able to request a refund for a tour that did not exist will make it that I never book another one. Customer service and customer contact is vital. They owe me a refund, but I can't contact them

The views were lovely and staff friendly however we were very disappointed that we were back at the dock after 45 minutes, there is no way that this can be called a ‘1-hour Cruise’.

We wanted to do this cruise but as it was night time, there were very few companies who were doing anything but dinner Cruises. The boat is modern and has a great viewing deck upstairs. It is advertised as a one hour cruise here. But we did not board until the stated departure time and you get back to allow the workers to clean the tables etc. It is more like a 45 minute cruise. It is a great way to see the city from the water.

I recently had a very disappointing experience on a Prague boat tour. After the rain had just finished, we decided to sit on the upper deck. Unfortunately, the chairs were wet, and when a staff member came around to clean a few chairs, I politely asked for a cloth to clean my chair myself. To my surprise, she rudely denied my request, leaving me no choice but to sit on a wet chair.
This level of customer service was completely unacceptable and put a damper on what was supposed to be an enjoyable outing. The staff's lack of consideration and rudeness was very disappointing. I would not recommend this boat tour based on my experience.

Muy mal. Malas personas, mala atención del personal del barco (el maleducado que recoge los tickets a la entrada del barco) y de las 2 chicas que venden tickets a la entrada del barco. Compramos 3 tickets en un kiosko y, por un error de la vendedora que escribió a mano 2 pax en uno de los papeles, no nos han dejado subir (mis padres tienen casi 80 años), aunque en el otro papel ponía 3 pax, y en el ticket de compra también (450x3=1350). Hemos tenido que buscar policía, que nos lo han solucionado muy amablemente.
Es una auténtica vergüenza que traten así a los turistas. Personal maleducado y prepotente, sinvergüenzas. Nada recomendable esta empresa

Great quick boat trip up the river and some good narration of the sites you see. My kids enjoyed the quick break from moving all over on the walks to see things.

The view was ok but they just try to sell you drinks and snacks and then after 46 it is done although they sell a one hour tour . The experience was ok but nothing special . Would not recommend

We were lucky as we had a beautiful sunny day and we had a lovely time. There are tables and chairs on the top deck and waitress service for drinks and snacks which are sensibly priced. Some commentary provided.

One-hour cruise which actually lasts barely 45 minutes. No comments in French and when we asked at the counter, we were unpleasantly told that we had to flash a QR code and that's how it was.
In short, at almost €40 a cruise for 2, keep your money for other activities that are more worth it.
