It was the best cruise experience I have ever had. Ken was our tour lead and did a great job. The cruise had amazing views, food and activities. There was kayaking, hiking and a halt of 30 mins at the beach followed by sunset party. To sum up it was a great experience and I would recommend who’s coming to Ha long must consider Hercules cruise and if you get lucky you will have Ken as your Tour lead.

We enjoyed our day at this scenic route. The cruise is lovely, staff very sweet.
Food is good and simple but elegant display, clean dining room.
Not many option for Vegetarian people.
Overall very comfortable
The activities are good.

Ken was a fantastic tour guide, he explained everything clearly and we learned a lot from him.
The organization of the tour was great and we maxed out the day. Very intense with brief pockets of time to do each activity. I didn’t imagine we can get to EVERYTHING in one day but we did! The food was decent and abundant on the cruise ship and we were comfortable during the whole trip even though it was a large group. We loved the sundeck of the boat!
This is a note on Ha Long Bay, not the tour - the area was VERY touristy and busy, we needed to queue for everything (including the short hike up to the view point on one of the islands). Ha Long Bay was beautiful but it didn’t feel authentic. Tours in the central part of Vietnam had a much less busy / touristy experience. We took the trip on a Sunday which made things more intense. I guess it’s a question about what sort of things you enjoy! Have fun if you do decide to go 🙏🏻

Great experience and well organised. Everything ran very well and Kimi was a great tour guide. Communication before the tour started put everything at ease. Lots of different tours do this trip, so the wait time at the caves were long and Titop island was packed but overall great trip.
