When I booked, the requirements said 250 pounds or less..
However, when I go there, they told my husband that the limit was 240. He weighed in at 242 and the manager would not let him ride and said that we would not get a refund. I had to call the tour operator and give the phone to the manager so they could talk. That is when they told him that he could ride.
Then the tour guide was very rude. My daughter has never ridden a horse before and he had no patience and was talking to us like we were "scrum". I would not recommend this activity

First time riding a horse in my life and the instructor was great he explained anything we needed to know, he was very clear on how to ride the horse and how to treat the horse great ride

We had a nice time. Slow day which was great for us after two days of heavy activity. Horses were sweet, guides were very nice. Recommend for small group family day trip. It was my husband and myself and two 20 somethings.

The horseback riding tour was a cool experience overall. The horse provided a smooth and enjoyable ride, adding to the adventure. However, my legs ended up a bit sore, perhaps from the unexpected twists and turns along the trail. Despite that, the ride was undeniably fun, and I'd recommend it for those seeking a unique outdoor activity.

The guides were very helpful and friendly. They explained how to handle the horses and what to do if you needed any assistance. I would recommend this tour to anyone, just make sure you wear some comfortable clothes.
