The tour will start from Porta Messina at 10:00 pm wih our Chef. Visit of Taormina Market and selection of typical sicilian food. After reaching the restaurant you will make home-made pasta and many other dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition. Once finished the course, all participants will sit at a table for tasting the prepared dishes and drink a local sicilian wine.

We enjoyed the cooking class. We made two types of fish, pasta, and eggplant parmigiana. The teaching chef was easy to understand and follow. The market was a little small compared to others.

Visiting the market and then learning some great Sicilian recipes was fantastic. What made it even better was our chef was entertaining and knowledgeable. Preparing the food and then enjoying the feast was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this Sicilian cooking class.

Really good experience, market tour and then back to cooking. Plenty of dishes to make, eggplant parm, fish steamed in salt covering, 4 different types of pasta and swordfish rollatini. Everything was tasty and the chef’s were great, interacting and hands on. My biggest gripe would be that it was just a little too many people. I would have preferred to pay a little more, since it was a little tight working together.

If you are even considering…look no further! 100% the best tour! This cooking class had it all! Food, wine, laughter, and fun! It does not disappoint! Everything about this experience was a positive! I laughed so much! The best memories!!!!!

We had a lot of fun. We might some really nice people, enjoyed great food, and learned some new recipes. The chef Giovanni was really informative and funny. The other chef Mauricio gave us helpful tips and was really nice. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience!!

Very enjoyable class. Chief was knowledgeable, happy to teach our class how to make pasta, eggplant Parmesan and cook fish covered in salt. I attended alone but everyone made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to return home to cook a meal!
