One of the best tours in my life ! Sara was an amazing guide, so much new information.
The guided tour was both educational and engaging, offering fascinating insights into the entire coffee production process, from seed to cup. Our knowledgeable guide passionately shared the rich history of the plantation, the meticulous care taken in growing the coffee beans, and the intricate methods used to harvest and process them.
The tasting session was a true delight. We sampled a variety of coffee blends, each with its own unique flavor profile, from fruity and floral to bold and robust.
The place is magical .
Could spend there days !

We were 4 couples who visited the coffee farm tour arranged by Medellin Day Trips. I highly recommend this half day tour if you are visiting Medellin. It was family owned coffee farm on 4 hectares on the mountain side near the town of Sabenata. We got the hands on experience of picking the coffee cherries from the trees. We saw the whole process of growing to extracting the coffee from the beans done by simple machines & human hands. We loved this tour because our guide Sara ( Sarita Pineda Cifuentes) was so amazing & excited to explain & share with us in detail about coffee growing & brewing coffee. She made it very interesting and fun. She was able to answer our questions & her enthusiasm made us enjoy this tour tremendously.

My husband & I LOVED this tour! Our guide was Andres Castiblanco & he was amazing! Super friendly, knowledge, and spoke amazing English. We learned so much about coffee history, how it’s grown, roasted & prepared & the intricacies of what makes Colombian coffee so special.

The plantation is family owned in the hills of Sabaneta by a really kind & passionate family. Several generations help run the plantation & tours & you can tell that they love what they do. They do everything on site so Andres guided us through every step from the seed all the way to the final cup of coffee. The plantation is very peaceful, has a beautiful view & has many friendly animals including an adopted chicken that drinks coffee & loves to be pet. Everything was extremely smooth from pickup all the way to drop off. We can’t recommend this enough!

Wow where do I start? The passion Antônio and his family have for coffee is incredible. Our guide Andres was extremely knowledgeable and funny as well. You get to try four different methods of coffee making and you even pick your own beans. You learn about the origin, history, & end-to-end process. I would definitely recommend this tour!
