Not impressed at all. Long day of nothing. Bossy guide who constantly said to the group "You remember l told you". Was meant to be door to door pick up, but spent about 30 mins on return to Hanoi saying how the driver had had a long day and there dropped people off a distance from there hotels or at the office to make their own way home. Have had many trips all around the world. This would have to be one off the worst.

Beautiful and great place to unwind from the city life. We get to kayak, explore the caves and dine on the boat ride. Tour guide John is informative, helpful and shares with great passion.
