Erol was a fantastic tour guide. He took us to local places away from the tourists for us to experience authentic Turkish cuisine. Highly recommend this tour!

A fantastic tour and well worth the money. Superb way of sampling the food of Turkey. A journey of taste and delicious food. I would recommend doing this during the first two days of your holiday. We had a fantastic and knowledgable guide in Erol Utgun. Awesome guide, relaxed friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Erol.

Our guide for the night was Gämze.
She was lovely. Friendly, dynamic and with a lot to share.
She showed us some of the traditional foods, sweets, and drinks. She told us about social interactions and the importance of food in them.
We had a blast walking with her through the "European" side of Istambul.
It was well worth our money and her Spanish was great!

Me and my family had a great time! We tried tons of food and were absolutely stuffed after! Our favorite was the mussels. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and history of the city it honestly felt like a two in one we learned about the history of the city and food! Also people in my group have tree nut allergies and were a little nervous because tree nut allergies aren’t common in Turkey but our guid made sure everything was safe for us to eat!

Food was tasty and reasonable amount - limited drinks offered - 5 in total.
Incl the only 1 alcoholic provided (raki) when advertised as alcoholic drinks inclusive
Guide was pleasant enough but not very informative and fairly quiet throughout so didn’t really learn anything about ‘history and culture’
Pricey for what is was - suggest you try another company

We went places I doubt I would have found on my own. The Turkish coffee was great! More than enough food to sample.

Such a great introduction to the Galata and Taksim areas, and the food choices were delicious. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. Her tour allowed for us to try out food items we definitely wouldn't have tried on our own - and they were all delicious! Highly recommend!
