Viator arrived on time for both arrival and departure with a limousine bus. The driver was excellent. Customer service was excellent. The ride was very comfortable, nice and clean. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Omgggg this was the absolute BEST TRANSFER COMPANY in Turks. Very prompt, professional & knowledgeable. Ms Antoinette was the best and really treated us like family. I highly recommended this company and will be using them again when we go back. Thank you all sooooo much ☺️

Could not find our drop off location and expected us to use gps to guide him in a foreign country. Horrible communication for the return ride to the airport. We messaged to confirm Pickup or change pickup time and never got a response. It was only after I requested a partial refund that they responded rudely. Would not suggest. Glad we had a backup plan.

Pickup from the airport was 15 minutes late and from the hotel 20 minutes late, so be prepared.
The van was clean.
The drivers are not that helpful or polite. Don't expect them to pickup your luggage.

Staff now that responsive; expect to carry your bags yourself sometimes...

Wonderful experience with majestic! They were right there when we got off the plane with their friendly staff and nice air conditioned van. Would absolutely recommend using them!

Leonard and Anne were great to work with during our stay in Turks and Caicos. We had a family of 8 on our trip and they had a vehicle that was able to accommodate all of us. Leonard was our own personal driver for the week and was great with the kids. Would highly recommend if visiting the Turks. Thanks Leonard for a great week on the island.
