My experience, unfortunately, was far from what I expected based on the claims made on your platform.
Upon arrival at the airport, the driver assigned to us was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing assistance, he seemed indifferent and made no effort to make our journey comfortable. To make matters worse, we were expected to use our own phone as a GPS. This is hardly the level of service I anticipated from a professional company.
Your service boasts about taking passengers to a super market en route to their destination. While the driver did stop at a grocery store, he came inside and rushed us, making the entire experience stressful rather than convenient.
The most concerning part of the trip occurred when we were looking for our villa. As we were on the phone with the Villa asking for directions, the driver turned off the van, leaving us in the sweltering heat of Turks and Caicos. This was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided and believe that a full refund is warranted given the numerous issues we encountered. I also urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that future customers do not experience similar problems.

Booking a trip & traveling to a new country requires so many moving parts and confirmations are necessary/helpful. This company did not respond to ANY of my messages to the number listed OR the direct link to messages on Viator multiple times leading up to my arrival. It states on the website to verify with the driver for exact pickup which I attempted and got ignored. There are so many other transportation options better than this one, as you can see by the snarky unprofessional responses; calling someone’s vacation villa a “little shack on the end of the dirt road” on another review. Needless to say we found other transport that checked in with us and confirmed. Would not recommend these tiny cloth seats anyway. Take my advice; Don’t start your trip the wrong way by booking w. this unreliable transport company.

We used this company from the airport & returning back.
Each person was prompt, courteous & accommodating. The van & SUVs were clean and comfortable.
They were accommodating with minor changes I needed to make. I can easily recommend this service without hesitation.

The van was spacious and nice, however the driver was rude and mean. She was on the phone the whole time, didn’t know how to get to our destination and when we asked her to stop at the liquor store and that we would pay her, she said no.

This was a terrible experience. They didn’t come to get my friends until two hours later. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. She called me the b word after I told her I need my money back since her husband had offered to pick me up the next day after my flight was canceled. She said it wasn’t her fault that my flight was cancelled. Very horrible customer service

Majestic was GREAT to deal with during our week stay. Antionette handled all of our transporation needs for the week in a professional, competitive and friendly manner. Point in fact- part of our group had an unfortunate accident and had to go the hospital and wasn't discharged until 2am! Little did we know that cab service on the island stops at 11pm. Made the call to Antionette and woke her up from a sound sleep. She picked the four of us up 10 minutes later!!! Truly a lifesaver.
