I had a confirm pickup for 10am for a shared ride to the airport. When I spoke with the dispatcher the day before and advised we had VIP handling at the airport she wanted the pickup to move to 11am. I said 'No" . . . I wanted the pickup time to remain at 10am. My booking reservation remained at 10am. I texted the vendor at 9:45am that we were in the hotel lobby waiting for the car. No response. At 10:10am I called and the phone was not answered. I called again at 10:20 and the dispatcher advised that the pickup time was 11am because I had VIP curb service. I insisted on a car pickup immediately. She said a car would come immediately and reminded me it would be a shared ride. At 10:30am another car service arrived at the resort and was willing to take us to the airport. We loaded our bags into the vehicle, and the our driver from Majestic did arrive. But the effort was too late for me. If you choose this vendor Majestic be careful with the dispatcher who may change your request time to return to the airport. She believes she knows best!

Daniel was a great driver and offered dining choices and places to go and see.
Access from the airport was well coordinated with minimal wait time once outside.

I filled out all information that was ask for at the time I booked but when I arrived I Turks and Caicos airport and followed directions to Majestic I was told that my ride was gone and I had to take a taxi to my resort. My money has not been refunded yet.

Really good transfer. Clean car. Easy to locate at the airport. If you just ask the gentleman at the airport usually in the taxi area, he can call Majestic’s for you.

Pick up upon arrival to airport was seamless. Arrangement for departure flight was not good. Multiple communications with no confirmation of pickup time caused stress not sure if we had a transport back. Recommend you have that set up in advance vs putting it on your customers to text, email and call without a response.
