This was an excellent opportunity to see downtown Nairobi. We felt 100% safe and enjoyed every minute of the tour. We had an afternoon flight out so it fitted in perfectly. We recommend it. (Don't be dissuaded by the recent political protests. It’s all good here.)

Incredible to learn the stories and ways of Nairobi’s streets. Quick is a thoughtful, informative guide and Cheddaz is hilarious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Tsunami and Typhoon are simply amazing. They told me the most captivating real-life stories and even though I was alone as a female in downtown with them, they made me feel extremely safe. It was a really interesting, enriching and experience. Tsunami is also running an organization helping street kids and that's a great way to support him by booking this tour. Highly recommend :)

It's not a tour for everyone, but I think it's one everyone should take at least once in their life. Also it's something that should be supported as these guys are doing amazing work to help raise others up.
If you're ever in Nairobi, I highly recommend this tour. Seeing this level of poverty and hearing what they had to do to survive is brought to life in a way that's not possible in any other format.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be that the guides arrive with some form of identification linking them to Nai Nami. (I now know there are pics and videos of everyone online)

Incredible experience to get behind the scenes in Nairobi and learn more about the everyday people, their struggle, and their community. The young men, Pastor and Quick, were so kind and answered all our questions. We felt very safe and they knew so many people as we walked and talked about the everyday lives of people. If you want to get closer to understanding Africa today and the learning more about the hard working Kenyans, take this tour and feel the heart of the city of Nairobi.

This is a must do! It's easy to book online. They walk you around the real city with great stories. It's eye opening! We felt safe and secure the entire time. Such nice young men.
