Our family had the pleasure of riding with Lady Pearl Bora Bora 4 times during our trip. We could not recommend their service more. They were always prompt, communication via email was fantastic (we booked directly) and they were so kind. They are professional, excellent all around and allowed us to move about Bora Bora without having to think about anything!

We used boat transportation service from southern hotel to eastern area.
Private boat arrived on time, boat was nice and luxurious and staff was kind. when we have another chance to need boat transportation, I'll use it again. thanks

Very easy to find my boat captain at the airport baggage claim. We were the first boat out of the airport docks . In 20 minutes we were on the north side of the island at my hotel. I was escorted to the hotel check in desk.. Great service

We didn’t catch the original flight and call customer service, and they are very easy to work with and change the pick up time.
When we arrived and got our luggages, gentleman came, greeting us, and took all the luggages to the boat.
Boat ride was smooth.
We are happy we choose lady Pearl for our transportation from airport to Conrad bora bora nui.

Once we landed in Bora Bora it was like a dream! We were lei’d and then whisked away on our private chartered boat. Our guide/captain was amazing and would slow or stop when he saw we were taking photos and pointed out points of interest to us. Beautiful and spacious boat!

A beautiful boat and had top-notch service. We used Lady Pearl Bora Bora back in 2019 (with Thierry ) and booked again for the 2022 trip. What a fancy way to start our vacation in Bora Bora with a private ride. Kevin was our captain for both rides. He was a kind, nice, informative, and excellent driver. He was already there to greet us at the airport and helped us with our luggage. On our way to the resort, he gave us a mini tour of Bora Bora. Since it was only 3 of us, the ride was private and luxurious. We left the airport before the Conrad boat so we beat the check-in crowd. We'll definitely book again with Lady Pearl on our next trip to Bora Bora. Thank you again, Kevin! - Kim sisters

The Lady Pearl captain was at the airport and ready to take us to Conrad Bora Bora. The boat was fast. Communication was great. We would definitely use them again.

We used Lady Pearl for private transport to and from the airport to the Conrad and for a sunset cruise. Our experience was seamless for both! We enjoyed the company of our driver Thierry for both excursions. He was so informative of the island and gave plenty of suggestions when we asked. The night we were supposed to do our sunset cruise it was rainy and they rebooked our cruise for a night we were free before we could even ask. They are very responsive and proactive. We will definitely use them again for transport and even more excursions!
