We used this service for transportation between our accommodation in Taormina and Catania airport (CTA). They were responsive to Viator app and WhatApp messages and confirmed the booking and pickup location quickly.
Our driver, Sandro, was prompt and courteous and the car was spotless! We had a smooth and on time arrival to the airport. Would definitely book this transportation again for worry-free travel. Highly recommend.

Services are reliable. Driver is polite and helpful in uploading and downloading the suitcases for you. I booked a return trip back to airport and recommended my cousin to book the same too. Both worked out well. A reminder that you need to reserve some time to contact Viator Travel proactively to confirm the pick up details. This might take few hours. Viator contact details are on the booking confirmations.

Easy to meet at the airport, lovely clean and comfortable vehicle, helpful driver and very good communication when needing to change return pickup date and time.
