I already communicated with the Viator chat line and with the tour operator directly. I found the Viator tour description deceiving and we wasted the whole day on the second day of our tour. On top of that our balloon ride was cancelled which I totally understand was not your fault at all, but we are going back to Cappadocia again before you know it.

The Baloon ride was fantastic. But the car used for the tour’s first day had very bad AC. Despite letting the Driver for making it cooler nothing happened. Looks like the driver was not keen on doing anything

Tour operator
This is a complete tour which includes everything from start to finish. The communication of the tour operator is amazing and prompt. The logistics are all taken care of with great detail, such as airport transfers.
Accommodations- Sedirli Konak
The accommodations are amazing and centrally located with extremely hospitable staff. The breakfast is superb as you feel like it is prepared with love as if it was cooked by your “mom”. Fatma thank you. The management team were friendly and inviting.
Tours
Our guide Umit was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, witty and passionate. It is evident that he really cares about history and culture. Thank you!
The only drawback, hence the four and a half stars instead of five, is the “shop stops”. The cultural aspect of the stops are great but the selling part could improve. A suggestion would be to leave the guests to explore the show rooms on their own. With a constant presence of a salesperson following, one feels overwhelmed which in turn makes one want to leave. Perhaps if this was not the case, one would be more inclined to purchase.
Overall, we would highly recommend booking this tour.
