Our tour guide Nasos picked us up in the 4x4 and off we went on our way to Balos viewpoint where we fed the goats and took some amazing photos the view was spectacular.
After that we went to Falassarna Beach one of the best beaches we have seen. We had sun lounges ready for us which was great.
The Lunch provided was home style traditional Greek food which was so nice.
Nasos was fantastic with his knowledge and explained the history and was super organised.
A must do tour.

We thought we had booked the 19/6/24, however,an error on our part it was booked for the 12/6/24. Nasos, kindly rescheduled to the 19/6/24. We were picked up in a air conditioning 4x4 and taken to Balos view point, just to pre warn the last leg of the journey is very bumpy but pre warned. Whilst walking to the Balos view we feed the goats with the skin of the provided fruit, they were so adorable. The views are so spectacular and we were happy with that. I know there is other trips you can experience but there are no facilities on the beach as it is protected. We went on to falassarna where we had padded loungers and a umberella for 3 hours, the water is so crystal blue and the sand is beautiful. Unfortunately, we did experience high winds however sunny. The meal at beach bar was plentiful and delicious. Nasos is kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend this trip and experience.

This was the perfect, stress free tour! Everything was planned and organized to ensure we had an enjoyable time! Our guide, Vassilis, met us outside our hotel. Our guide answered all of our questions about life on Crete, and provided interesting history and background during our drive. Then, Vassilis took us up to Balos Lagoon, where the view was incredible! He was a skilled driver up the windy road to the lagoon, and ensured passengers felt safe. We fed the goats and took pictures with the beautiful landscape.
We then headed to Falassarna beach, where chairs were already reserved for us. This was the perfect relaxing afternoon, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and the cool water.
We ate a delicious lunch at the restaurant on the beach. All the food was fantastic, and Vassilis ensured that dietary restrictions were taken in to consideration. We then returned to Chania.
Each detail of the trip was planned and organized, and it was a perfect relaxing day! Small touches like multiple waters provided throughout the day, turning on the A/C before we got in the car, and answering all of our questions made this trip unique and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping to have a stress free day at a gorgeous beach, accompanied by a trip to the extraordinary Balos lagoon view! Thank you Vassilis and Chania Adventures for an amazing experience!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal eine Tour über diese Seite gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles lief wie beschrieben genau nach Ablauf und wir waren positiv überrascht. All die Bewertungen entsprechen der Wahrheit und und es lohnt sich zu 100%. Wir können es jeden an Herz legen das zu erleben. Vasilios war unser Guide und war auch sehr sympathisch. Allgemein waren wir gute kleine multikulturelle Gruppe die einen wunderbaren Tag verbracht hat . Ich meine allein die Fotos sagen schon alles und ist ein Muss zu sehen wenn man in Kreta ist .

Wonderful day. Vissilis was a great driver and guide—he shared lots of history and anecdotes, and organized everything perfectly…always had the Land Rover, which was very comfortable, ready to go and with the air conditioner running. The view from above Balos Beach was insane, and feeding the goats on the way was fun. Falasarna is the perfect beach, and we loved having the loungers already reserved for us there. Lunch was delicious, especially the dessert!

Nikolaus was a fantastic guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made some great choices in taking us to Balos Bay for photos, but not stopping there and instead taking us to Falassarna Beach, which was much more comfortable. The lunch was absolutely perfect on the beach with great food.

Gorgeous destination. The tour was informative and we liked our time at the beach and lunch was amazing. Our driver/guide Vassilis was a smoker (we asked for non smoking) and drove way too fast for the dirt road and cliffs. He was pleasant, but, by doing all his aggressive driving he got us to the lookout point 2 min sooner, but, took risks that he didn’t need to do.

We had a hassle free day, picked up from our hotel, friendly and knowledgeable guide/driver Dimitrios, drinks and snacks provided.
Balos view was amazing, fed the goats. Falassarna water is beautiful. Make sure you go for a walk to the left of the beach towards the rocks there's an even more beautiful lagoon with tinges of pink sand. We appreciated the lounges already booked for us. Lunch was tasty traditional Greek, better than our mothers cooking!

We loved the short hike up to the Balos Lagoon overlook—and feeding some of the goats along the way! We also enjoyed our time at the beach and the delicious lunch afterwards. Our driver and tour guide Vassilis made the trip truly memorable - with his island expertise, we were able to learn a lot about Crete’s landscape, culture and cuisine.
