This is a comment from 25 years tourism professional.
If you are between 20-28 years old and you want get drunk with your friends . You can buy the cheapest ticket and get drunk with cheap and low quality alcohol.
If you are not this age group or not in this mood. Don't pay even 1 USD because the show is very very old and nothing interesting. The place is awfully if you are seating at Gold Member Area you will feel the cigarettes from down floor.
You can be sure food will be cheapest quality in Mexico. They are offering Hamburger or Hot Dog believe me you can buy much more better from OXXO.
And finally show just cheap and old show program which is continuing almost same think in different dresses. If you are not believenig me go and spend your money.

What a night!

Absolutely fantastic show, party and atmosphere. I was dubious, but this exceeded expectations.
You’re in a “classic” holiday nightclub and then transported to another planet. The performers and all staff were excellent.

We booked the gold package front row ticket and so glad we did. Ended up with the best seats in the house, top centre deck with the perfect view of everything. It was hot though so bring a fan, wear something light and comfy shoes.

Oh and don’t watch too many videos - go and get a surprise and have expectations blown away!

Totally worth it, dont hesitate! I’d do that all over again tonight.

Absolute crap! Told we would get a table as one of our party has a disability and were sat on the steps/walkway. Complained and put in a corner with no view. No food or premium drinks that were supposedly included. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and left after 45 mins.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on here but I had the best time at coco bongos. The shows were really fun and a great laugh. Our waiter Christian could not do enough for us and was really helpful. We didn’t have the best seats but when some people left the bar staff took us to the front row seats which was amazing! Great experience 😁🙌🏻 Many people mentioned about the show exploiting women, however a member of the bachelorette party we joined said if you went on stage, they asked for consent before showing videos/blowing up your skirt. Also they do ask you for pictures, shots etc but when you say no they leave you alone.

Show was good however even with gold member which they tell you is the premium ticket the seats were far back , they then offer to upgrade your seats 🤣 , bar staff were good however sceptical as to how much alcohol was actual in them as after about 20 I was still stone cold sober , watch out for the staff taking photos agreed to buy one at 35.00 told me he would be back with the change came back with the photo and no change for a 100 and when questioned tried to say he thought it was a tip😂 , told him to keep 10.00 as a tip but still proceeded to short change me and take a 20.00 tip gave up eventually as couldn’t be bothered

Had an absolute great time. I’d been before but like 5 years ago so didn’t remember much. We booked our tickets via a rep that was at our hotel so we knew it was all legit. Me and my partner chose the royal service which included a table, table service, a bottle of spirit and mixers which was the right decision. Our waiter Fredrick was on point all night and a lovely guy.

Sadly a show in decline, I had the opportunity to go three times in the past and it was a plan that my wife and I loved, now it is a show in which they almost no longer do the presentations they did, also in a VIP location, which It is very expensive. Previously, the waiters were waiting to offer and bring drinks throughout the show, now they don't do it, you have to go to the bar to ask for them and additionally, in the place where we were, they let people get in front of our positions who would sneak in other places obstructing the view of those of us who paid for a VIP position, by telling the waiter to please not allow us to do that, not only did he not do anything but he also told us “then go downstairs.”... Cherry on the cake, the abuse Of the taxi drivers to return you to the hotel, they do not use a taxi meter and charge usurious rates since they know that you do not have many options to return safely to your hotel, in short this experience is very disappointing. Personally, I will never return.

Terrible experience. Purchased the Gold ViP skip the line tickets. This started out at the ticket counter where the ticket agent insisted on taking my phone in her hands to view the ticket and then proceeded to mess with my phone- changing screens and taking pictures of my screen. Had to reach through the window to take it back! Unacceptable! At this point we’ve been at the window trying to get our wristbands for over 5 minutes. There were 11 of us. This took us 30 minutes to get bands. Upon entry, no one would direct us to our seats until we sat in what was “reserved” for some other level of VIP. Was then directed to go up behind a structured pillar ( no view, hot, and crowded) felt trapped. Moved again, to be told to move yet again! It’s a joke! The general admission. Floor would have been better than this! Don’t waste your money!

Absolutely terrible experience! Whatever you do, don’t get the VIP skip the line ticket. An absolute fraudulent mess going on here. We did not get unlimited drinks as advertised. We had to fight to even get a waiter to come to us. When he finally did, he didn’t come back with our drinks. The “VIP” area was so packed that there was no where to sit. You are at the very top of the place where you can’t see anything. The skip the line feature was a total gimmick. We waited in line for 30+ minutes before they finally let us in. Could’ve spent my $365+ on so many other things. I hate that I came here and will NEVER be back!
