We booked a tour with Shore Excursions Asia.
The tour organiser (Sammy) ensured that our request for the various activities were accommodated.
During the tour we asked if our activity schedule could be revised slightly, due to weather conditions. The tour guide re-arranged everything for us.

I am extremely satisfied with this tour. If I could give them more stars, I would. I was skeptical to make this reservation because the webpage mentioned a 7 AM pick up and our cruise docked in Leam Chabang at 9 AM. They are very flexible and adapt to your needs. I communicated with them by this site, and later by whatsapp. My husband and I had a great day!!! It was our tour guide (fluent in English), plus a driver... just the four of us. Nina went far and beyond her job, providing all the information about the city, and the temples, plus the culture and customs of the people of Thailand. She was our personal photographer for the day. We went to 5 temples, the Grand Palace, a river cruise (not crazy about that one). We went through Chinatown. She took us to a place to buy souvenirs. We did more than the cruise ship tours offers, at less price. It was a full day, from 9 AM to 8 PM (our ship docked overnight). We went to Pattaya the next day, which was another great experience.

Fabulous tour. Our guide, Giftsy, was very informative, funny, engaging, and took us to visit incredible places. Giftsy listened to ur needs and planned accordingly. She was excellent at communicating with us prior our arrival to port so we felt confident not only that she would be there but how to meet.

Our guide Luke was there to meet on arrival and we had a wonderful day exploring all the main places we wanted to see.
He was very engaging and informative. We enjoyed this tour very much as he took us to an authentic Thai restaurant for lunch at our request and also organised the timing so that we didn’t get caught up in large queues for the river boats.
We had cold towels, water and delivered us back to our boat in good time .

We had an excellent experience with this company. We were traveling in a cruise (Celebrity) and needed a tour of Bangkok from Leam Chabang. We almost didn’t book this tour because their website said from 7 am. Our ship docked at 9 am. I contacted the company (WhatsApp) and they were able to pick us up when we were ready for the tour. It is customized to the places you want to visit, one driver and one guide, just for you. I can’t recommended it enough. Great day, great guide, great tour. Highly recommend.

Sounds like a thrilling day excursion to Bangkok from the cruise ship! Despite a bit of wait at the Laem Chabang cruise terminal, the journey to Bangkok offered a mix of adventure and cultural exploration. Guided by the enthusiastic Woody, you experienced the vibrant Flower Market, enjoyed a fast Longtail river boat ride, and even fed catfish by a Buddhist monastery.
The Grand Palace tour, featuring numerous temples, was a bit hot but undoubtedly rich in history. Authentic lunch, a supercharged Tuktuk ride, and a perilous ferry crossing added to the excitement. Even a full-on thunderstorm couldn't dampen the spirit. The only hiccup was the rush-hour traffic on the way back, but the day ended with plenty of laughs and wonderful memories in the wonderfully mad city of Bangkok.

This was a very good excursion (with the exception of the ridiculously long journey to and from Laem Chabang), with a great guide and driver. I took this trip instead of the one from the cruise line, which was too expensive and had too many people - we paid the same, but for a totally private trip, just the two of us and our guide. But a word of warning - it was a three hour drive there and two hour drive back, which is a good chunk of a day, and quite tiring. Of course it would be the same on the cruise bus!

Distance aside, Bangkok is a great place to visit, and our guide took us to all the key places - The Golden Buddha, The Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha (very small), the Reclining Buddha (which is insanely large), Wat Arun and a long and fun long tailed boat ride on the Chao Phraya river and tributaries. We finished with a fun and excellent quick meal in a roadside cafe/restaurant behind the Grand palace, which was to say the least basic, but had great food, truly authentic Thai. The dishes were better than the Thai food on the ship that evening, and cost about £4 each (included in the ticket price).

Truly an excellent use of the 4 hours we had in the City, if only there was a way to get there quicker (perhaps a drive to the river then do the longboat into town?) it would have been phenomenal, and we could have perhaps spent some time in Chinatown.

We had an awesome time exploring Bangkok with Mr Bong. Movement around the city was well coordinated with a mixture of walks, ferry rides and our comfortable van. Lunch in a classic Thai restaurant was an adventure in local dishes excellently selected for us by Mr Bong. Highly recommend this tour.

WE enjoyed our tour with our guide, very much. She was able to accommodate our priorities without fuss and managed to give us a very good viewing of the significant features of Bangkok, taking into account our particular issues with mobility over distances. A very enjoyable day!

Our guide Bovi, was very informative and helpful. She was waiting as we came of the ship with a name sign, and took us to the van. The transport was extremely comfortable, which was great for the 2+ hour drive from the port to Bangkok. We visited all the sights and Bovi explained all the history and took loads of photos of us, which she air dropped to us at the end of the day. Highly recommend if you are stopping at Laem Chabang port for a day.
