A must ! Do all three Oalaces and gardens we had been before but last time we only did one. That was a mistake. Our guide Pedro was great. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Terrible, they canceled us 12 hours in advance. They changed the entrances from 11 to 4. And they refuse to refund what was paid.

We were promised a ticket for the Alhambra. One day before our visit to the Alhambra, shortly after our arrival, everything was cancelled by the agency. So we didn't get a ticket for the Alhambra.

The start time of the tour I booked was changed a few hours beforehand, meaning I couldn't take part. I lost access to the Nesrid Palace; Granada a pie didn't offer a refund.
In addition, the prices are extremely inflated - a pure top-purist rip-off! It's very annoying that I fell for it. It's better to buy directly online from the official website!

It’s such a large area that it really helps to have a guide to explain it. Smallish group and friendly, informative guide. I would have bought ‘normal’ tickets for the Alhambra if they hadn’t been sold out but the guided tour was well worth it.

We enjoyed the visit, which included the Nasrid Palaces after the doors closed, however the itinerary included the Medina and the Cypress Tour which was not taken and the transmission device for the guide's explanations showed constant interference that the guide was unable to resolve and which prevented him from fully listening to his explanations.
Considering the amount paid, we were very disappointed with these flaws!!!

Huge disappointment, visit canceled 2 hours before the appointment because there were no places. Agency that overbooks, we believe we are on the official ticket sales site but this is not the case.
