Climbing up the mountain and being able to see out across the island was breathtaking. We really enjoyed learning about Cretan history and culture from our guide Giannis, he was amazing! Lunch was delicious but watch out for that Raki!

The trip was very enjoyable and informative. We saw sheep, goats, and vulchers. I enjoyed learning about the lifestyles the shepherds and how they care for the animals. Well worth it!

The whole adventure linked together perfectly, from the moment we left our hotel our guide showered us with facts about Crete and the Cretan people and lifestyle, the trip finished with a visit to a shepherd’s hut way up in the mountain and then experiencing the traditional cuisine of Crete at the shepherds family restaurant. Lots of time was given for taking photos too. Honestly it was non stop. what I’ve mentioned was only a fraction of what we did. Worth every penny. Would definitely recommend it.

Great trip, our driver taught us alot about Crete, it's history and customs. I would recommend the trip to anyone who wants more from a holiday than beaches and beer.

Tour guides, locations, and meal were amazing!! But NOT the jeep vehicles!
Vehicles were smoking very badly and smelled of engine exhaust the entire time even with windows open. I had a headache and nausea which are both signs of carbon monoxide poisoning.
The company also crammed too many passengers into each vehicle 7 or 8 people! Our small group was crammed into 3 vehicles when it should have been 4 vehicles. The very back seats were the worst and facing inward. None of the seats except the very front allowed passengers to view outside. The seats were too high. The rear seats offer nearly zero views of anything being pointed out along the way. Celebrity Cruises must not use this company until they upgrade the vehicles so we can see and aren’t raking carbon monoxide poisoning. The poor vehicles and being crammed so many people in one vehicle really ruined what otherwise was a wonderful tour!

Our driver Jonathan was very good and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the other group's company in our van.
The scenery was stunning and it was great to get out of Chania for a change. The lunch was tasty and plenty of it.

We have been on many different “jeep safari” tours on various holidays but this is certainly one of the best ones we have been on.
Our guide had excellent knowledge of all the locations we visited during the day and his driving skills were exceptional especially during the off road parts of the tour.
The tour takes you to several different locations all of which are interesting and unique and with many offerings stunning views.
The lunch provided was at a great restaurant in a small village where the food was brilliant and had three courses.
The main part of the tour is the white mountains and the vehicle was able to go off road and get to the highest point of the mountain where the views were spectacular.
Highly recommended this as a way to get to see more of Crete than the resort you are staying in.

The bad thing on this day was the rain and fog, but our guide Olga made our day wonderful! We had so much fun with her, did crazy and funny things, gave us so much information!
Give the time to make pictures and video’s !
The traditional lunch was very good!
