First of all, I would like to say that our tour guides, Manu and Ari, were amazing. They provided us with great customer service and treated us with hospitality. They ensured that all guest felt safe during the tour and were doing okay.
In regards to the tour, I was not fully satisfied. The title states that it is a full day tour with an approximation of 6 hours. It is expected that you would spend most of your time snorkeling but roughly total time we spent snorkeling was about an hour and a half. The remaining time was spent traveling to snorkeling sites and lunch on the private island.
We finished lunch and had a lot of free time and I mean A LOT. The island activities are tie dyeing (for a price), coconut history lesson, and ukulele music. There is a lot of down time in between the activities and not much to do. The other side of the island has a great view but very rocky so you cannot swim.
I would not recommend this tour as a first choice nor would I do it again. If you do go on this tour, I would advise you to bring your own snorkeling gear. The gear that is provided is not cleaned properly as you can see what looks like mold on the breathing tube. Do not expect flippers as they are not provided.

Die Exkursion hat sich echt gelohnt. Die Tourguides waren aufmerksam, unterhaltsam und sehr zugewandt. Die Spots zum Schnorcheln waren gut gewählt, viele Fische, Haie, Rochen… besonders spannend anzusehen waren die über 100 Adlerrochen, die unter uns schwammen. Essen auf dem Motu war lecker, das Unterhaltungsprogramm amüsant. Danke für den gelungenen Tag!

The guides were knowledgeable and humorous. It was a beautiful tour of the lagoon and wildlife. The lunch was delicious. Great hospitality, definitely recommended.

I’ll be really honest, the initial company I wanted to go with was booked out, so I booked this tour. Before doing so, I read the 1 star reviews and I can tell you this is one of the best tours I’ve ever done (more on this later)
The two hosts are young Tahitians, born and raised in Bora Bora and know the area incredibly well. They were incredibly funny, and welcoming folks who also play drums and sing for you on the boat. Their family, who you meet at the Motu are wonderful and lo and behold the company we wanted to go with originally was their uncles who they learnt it all from. It was an amazing tour with great snorkelling!
To counteract the small number of poor reviews - firstly, how lucky are we to go to their private motu and to eat with their family? Of course there is optional activities and small shops to help drive their income - many families rely on tourism! Secondly, you cannot help the weather! We did several activities where it ended up raining in our time here - you’re in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. I personally absolutely loved meeting their family and seeing how they make sarongs and husk coconuts! If you don’t want to do this section of the tour, book a half day snorkel instead.

A good day, rays, black tips, a big moray eel and lots of fish. A good lunch followed by dyeing a sarong and a good time in good spirits. Return to the hotel singing to the sound of a Tahitian ukulele. 👍

Manu and Tenny are amazing! We even saw dolphins (initially, I thought they are sharks hhh) on the way, a croud of dolphins playing with our boat, up and down. We we're so lucky! Pickup was convenient at the hotel and really punctual. The trip was well organized with three snorkeling locations, delicious lunch with their family and coconut opening activities! I really hope to pay a second visit ASAP! Highly recommend!

The crew was fun, safe, professional and very knowledgeable! Swimming next to the sharks and stingrays was an amazing experience. It was a day that we will never forget! I would absolutely recommend with no hesitation!

Wonderful!! Manu and Teeni were very friendly and experienced, it was so much fun snorkeling with we sharks, sting rays, eagle rays and a lot more in the reef garden!! We had lunch at Manu's family's private island and the coconut/tie dye show were really interesting!!!

We had a lovely day despite the lack of sunshine. We were picked up from our hotel in a 4x4 and dropped off on the return trip with the boat. Comfortable boat for 12 people. Very warm welcome and kindness throughout the day. We were able to swim with stingrays and black tip sharks and we were able to see eagle rays in deeper waters. The coral garden was nice with lots of fish and a beautiful moray eel. Afterwards, meal on the family motu with good cuisine then visit of the motu and demonstration of the preparation of sarongs (impressive) and great coconut show by uncle 😊. Maururu to the whole team and keep it up! I recommend 👍.
