The ski resort will be Gangchon Elysian Ski Resort located not far from Seoul , perfect for a day trip. The resort has great facilities and snow quality.

Went on my first skiing trip 1 hour from Seoul. Hugo was our Tour Guide and he did a excellent job.
Seoul is a big City so can be difficult at first to understand where places are.
Received messages and emails to meet at which exit 2 at the Train Station.
Hugo was on time and even approached us.
Clear instructions on how the day would go and helpful throughout the day.
Hugo has a good understanding of English and can communicate extremely fluently.

Hugo was great! He answered all our questions, was very helpful and thorough when explaining the ski lesson and touring Korea on the way! Not only did he make sure that we were okay but also gave us other options throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend doing this. Best part of my Korea trip was skiing! I already recommended this trip to my other friends visiting Korea next week and next month! Again thank you so much Hugo for being our tour guide!

My family and I had lots of fun at the Gangchon Elysian Ski Resort and it was all thanks to Erica. She brought us to the resort with ease and it was a smooth trip overall. Note: Do look for the guide and a bus at the start of the tour as there are other tours from Klook there at the same exit of the station. We were confused at the start haha.

The tour was great and we had so much fun. Ms. Youn taught us to ski very well so we can enjoy the resort. She knew very well what she was talking about. However, I wish we had more time in the resort but overall it was a wonderful tour and deserves five stars.

We booked this tour via KLOO. Our tour guide, Yeoni proactively contacted us via whatsapp to let us know the exact location to meetup in the day. We were late as we got stuck in jam but she welcomed us with bright smile.
She helped us during the ski clothing rental and made sure my kids were attended first, which is very nice gesture from her. What is the most unexpected from her was Yeoni sincerely offered to pay for the ski cloth rental on our behalf as we didn’t have enough cash with us and the shop couldn’t accept credit cash. A big relief from us because of her kind help.
At the ski resort we had plenty of fun taking pictures and the kids got to touch and play with snow for the first time. We definitely would join this tour agency again in future.

Yeoni has been an excellent guide. Brining a family along, she made sure everything was taken care off as it’s our first trip as a family to a snowy area. Definitely someone who can count on. Would recommend her to anyone who has intention for city tour in Seoul.

The pick up and drop off was punctual, and our tour guide, Youn, was amiable, cheerful and helpful throughout the trip. She conducted a basic ski lessons which would be helpful for beginners. She allowed for freedom in the skiing activities by tending to the needs of slower or quicker learners. Though I would recommend for the tour guide to have been present if anyone in the party would want to attempt the intermediate slopes, as we were unprepared for the steep declines and turns.
