We bought through Civitatis. Excellent tour. We loved the place to stop for lunch and to rent snow equipment, there is a mini zoo with llamas, sheep, etc. I recommend renting snow boots if it's snowing. I didn't rent it and I kept slipping lol.

We went with the guide Rocio Leiva, and the tour was exceptional! The places are beautiful, and Rocio treated us very well: she explained everything to us and made us feel very safe. I would repeat the experience 100%.

Beautiful place, excellent professional guide and driver.
The place is wonderful.
We found that the place for lunch is expensive, although the quality is good, the price is very expensive.

Very good experience!!! I booked the tour a day before because I wanted to see the Maipo cajon, and I had the privilege of having ROCIO LEIVA as my guide!!! A genius!!! The night before the tour they contact you by WhatsApp (note that during snowfall there may be cancellations or rescheduling due to closed roads, etc., and it is normal for this to happen). They picked me up punctually at the hostel at 6 am, Rocío waited for me on the sidewalk and then the driver came with the van. We were 16 or 17 people. We looked for everyone at their lodgings and set out on our journey. After a couple of hours of travel (I took the opportunity to sleep a little longer) we arrived at the area of the towns, where we got off and they offered breakfast (I wasn't going to have breakfast but I got hungry and I ordered a coffee with milk with a toast at a good price). You can rent equipment to ride in the snow right there, it is optional. I decided NOT to rent, because the prices were expensive and the walk was short, but then I regretted it a little because the road was very slippery and I wanted to get headlights in the snow, so I got all my shoes wet (so if you go in snowfall season I recommend renting the equipment). Then we arrived at the cajon, hike to the Yeso reservoir (2 km, low difficulty), beautiful views, in May everything was covered in snow, we saw wildlife, we took very nice photos, Rocío tells you the history of the place and answers everything. you ask him. From there we headed to the Tinoco tunnel, very interesting history, hike and more photos. Then we passed by the chocolate house, we made a stop, a picturesque place with the most delicious hot chocolate I have ever tasted in my life!!! You can buy chocolates and other things, they are high prices, but IT IS WORTH IT (I recommend the pistachio chocolates). Finally we returned to the town where we had an AMAZING PICADA!!!!!!!!! with gouda cheese, salami, chips, Philadelphia cheese, and a delicious wine!!!!!!!! There were people of all ages and even a couple with their children. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! AND ASK FOR ROCIO!!!!!!!!!
