This was absolutely amazing experience. I was able to have the hands on making traditional Mexican dishes. The host, Francisco, always explained everything in a very nice and interesting way. He also has 2 assistants who are helping with preparing other dishes and components for the actual cooking. At the end I was able to try the food with the team. It really makes you feel like you are part of the family. Also, if you want, they will pack the leftover for you.

Had a wonderful time, made new friends. The food was amazing. Received lots of Mexican history and information. Did the cooking in a restaurant kitchen and the helpers did a great job keeping everything cleaned up and a watchful eye to make sure we were doing it right. In a fun way. Would definitely do this again. Teri and Pat from Alberta. Love you guys
