Stirling castle was the highlight of the trip. Extremely disappointed though in losing 20-25 minutes of touring time through the castle due to Timberbush sending us "tickets" that weren't accepted at the gate; required the tour guide to provide additional data to the castle so we could get real tickets. The Loch Lomond was a disappointment; would have been better to extend lunch and visiting time in Aberfoyle.

Shug, our guide was great, I give him a 5 star rating. His stories were informative and entertaining. However, Timberbrooke Tours is a mess- we got to Stirling Castle and although we prepurchased tickets, we were told at the gate we had to go to ticket office. Everyone blamed each other. Look for tours that include tickets.

Seeing Sterling Castle. Shug was a good coach driver and very knowledgeable. Had a problem with tickets to get into the castle. Viator and Timberbush need to get this problem sorted out. We wasted 20 minutes inline at the ticket office line.

Trip was on time.
Driver was courteous and knowledgeable.
I wish we got to have some stoops in the Trossachs as the park is very beautiful.

We truly enjoyed this tour. The length and amount of stops were perfect. The driver also stopped at noteworthy look outs not specified on the tour. The driver, Alistair, was courteous and knowledgeable. We loved listening to his stories while driving through the scenic countryside. We would always choose a similar tours!

The excursion to Stirling Castle was lovely. We were aware the castle admission was not included, but felt the admission should have been included and added to the excursion cost just to save us time and hassle in having to get in line to purchase the tickets.
The lunch stop at a small town was lovely, but there were a couple of stops at souvenir shops which felt quite excessive and quite boring.

Stirling Castle was amazing. Unfortunately the stop for lunch was an on your own stop. We felt very rushed. It would have been better if a pre-arranged lunch was offered. We had to quickly walk to a restaurant or pub to get a meal. The meal was not that great. Our last stop was supposed to be at loc lomand. It ended being just a shopping center and flea market on the lake. Very limited view of the lake. More of a tourist trap than a nice tour of the lake and natural beauty. Also very rushed there as well.

the most memorable was Stirling Castle
we did not like being left on our own to find food and given an hour to do so
better arrangements need to be given for people to give food
not necessary to go to places that did not mean anything to us
would have been better to do city tour of Glasglow and Stirling Castle

This was a great tour! David (guide) and Fraser (driver) were both amazing. We enjoyed this shore excursion so much that we canceled the tour we had scheduled previously and booked Edinburgh through Timberbush as well. They even made some unexpected stops because they were experienced and knew what guests might enjoy.
