Our tour guide was pleasant and informative, as was the driver. The trip provided some lovely countryside scenery. There was time at the Viaduct to walk closer or view it from the top of a hill. The train doesn't run according to its own schedule, so don't be disappointed if it doesn't show up. The area is beautiful.

My daughter and I took the Highlands Tour and we must say, it’s one of the very best tours we have ever taken. David’s delightful story telling and great sense of humor made the day even that much more enjoyable, and we were in very capable hands with Adam driving. The scenery and history are beyond—-and not to be missed!

Chauffören Adam tog oss fram på ett fint sätt och guiden David roade och gav oss fina reflektioner under resans gång.
Saknade dock möjligheten att få till sig något att dricka pga trängsel med andra turbussars passagerare.

Best experience ever! Mark, the driver is very entertaining and knowledgeable about giving information to us about the history of the places we’ve been to. The tour was fantastic and we are very comfortable all throughout the travel.

Our guide was new and it was obvious he lacked experience. He provided some inaccurate historical information and fail to provide commentary when it would have been helpful. A planned stop at Glencoe wasn’t possible due to an overcrowded car park. The steam train at Glenfinnan was late so we missed that epic view. No the driver’s fault but unfortunate.

The stories our driver told were the most fun. And the countryside is stunning!
We made it to the viaduct in time to see the Harry Potter train. That was a delight!

Natalie was the best tour guide we had the entire trip in Europe spanning across 3 countries. We had so much fun, learned a LOT, and had the added bonus of getting to see highland cows. The tour and Natalie herself exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Scotland!

Absolutely fantastic tour. Natalie was great. She got us in at both glencoe locations, got to see the highland cows (something I wasn’t expecting) and gave a lot of knowledge on the local area (greyfriars Bobby) which I wouldn’t not have known. Highly recommend.

Natalie the tour guide was extremely rude. She told passengers to shut up and didn’t give us enough time to eat during lunch. She made us throw out our lunch even though we were going to keep it in an enclosed bag. Would not recommend this to anyone if she is going to be the tour guide
