Enjoy gourmet and friendly workshop based around emblematic pastries from France and the Bordeaux region.

You'll leave with lots of advice, recipes and your own creations.
The aim is to refine your knowledge so that you can reproduce at home the recipes you have learned in class.

Each participant makes their own pastries. When a pastry is in the oven, you will make a second pastry or a cream that will then be poached in the cake.

At the end of the workshop, you can discuss about your experience.

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Bordeaux for the first time and decided to sign up for a pastry masterclass. We love to cook/bake and thought this would be fun! We absolutely loved our teacher, Sandra. We made choux pastries. They’re such a delicate dessert, and Sandra made us both feel so confident and encouraged to take on the challenge. She guided us through all the steps and made the process of making those pastries so easy. She’s also such a great conversationalist and a wonderful teacher. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, whether you have cooking experience or not.

It was a fun class! We had French as well as English speakers so it was thought in both languages. My French is very very limited but I was able to understand what she was describing in French before she said it in English because she was demonstrating at the same time. It was a very helpful experience for my learning French and baking as well. The pastries were delicious and I can’t wait to get home and try them!

Jenni welcomed us to the cozy atelier in Paris's beautiful 9th arrondissement and taught us how to make eclairs and chouquettes. She was a great teacher, guiding us through the process and giving us many helpful tips to replicate the recipes at home. She made the class really fun and enjoyable, and the final product was delicious - highly recommend!

Our group of 8 (including kids from ages 9 and up) had a fun time with Jen making three different desserts for our cafe gourmand: crème brulee, moelleux au chocolat, and tuile + a caramel sauce to go along with it. My favorite was the tuile, simply because of all the different ways Jen showed us it could be used. The kids had a blast creating different patterns in the tuile, and of course, we all enjoyed eating what we made! Thank you for a wonderful morning! I can't wait to try this at home!
