Ebike Rental in Palermo

We had a wonderful time in Palermo with the e-bikes. The gentlemen gave us a map, and was kind enough to highlight a route for us that included all the places I wanted to visit. He even suggested the botanical gardens which you can ride through and was a super addition to what we wanted to do. He also suggested a place to stop for gelato which had the best tasting gelato we’ve had in Italy! I would totally rent from this shop again!

I highly recommend Sicicla for bike rental in Palermo! Sergio was fantastic, he not only provided the bike and equipment needed, he gave destination suggestions as well as maps. The bikes were in perfect working order with no issues. Truly fantastic, I rented for a couple of days and will return to Sicicla every time.

We highly recommend this rental service, we rented e-bikes for 24 hours, zipped around Palermo then off to the beach in Mondello. The bikes operated perfectly. Francesco was fantastic, friendly, funny and informative. He was very accommodating, interrupted his day with his dog to meet us for the return.

A different way to visit the city. Scared by the traffic, we were a little hesitant, but thanks to the advice of the shop staff we managed to cycle quite safely... for city standards. Discreet and functional bikes, and an excellent quality/price ratio.

Could have been much better.
We rented 2 electric bycicles online.
Unfortunately the bikes had very soft tires. The girl behind the reception asked the manager to help us with that, but he was on the phone and didn’t feel that it was his concern. I ended up inflating it myself with a tiny emergency pump. The bikes were old but functional. After 10 minutes riding we found out that the battery was less than half full. The minimum requirement would be that the bikes have full batteries and tires! When we wanted to return the bikes we found out that the shop was closed between 13:00 and 15:30, so we had to come back at a later time to return the bikes. We rented bikes in many places since it is a good way to dicover the town and never had these kind if issues

A friend of mine and I, with whom I go on bicycle trips once a year, had already met him 4 years ago and we got along very well. Absolutely brilliant service from Francesco! We rented both e-bike and road bike (my partner is an experience cyclist and I am not at all). Firstly I’m in love with that e-bike it made cycling the hills so simple and I got to experience much more of Palermo and the coast than I ever would have alone. The road bike was a great model and had a very lightweight frame. We even bought one of our only souvenirs of the trip, a cycle jersey from the shop. Easily the best experience we booked in Palermo.

The communication was easy and quick, they gave me great advise in what to do. Great service! The bike (E-Tourbike) was well maintained and I got a repairingkit and a lock.

We rented e-tour-bikes and did two day trips around Palermo. Had a great experience with Sicicla, Sergio was very helpful and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks to Sicicla, we spent a wonderful week discovering Western Sicily. The bikes - tour bikes and e-bikes - were excellent, the service (transfer to the airport, change of bike during our tour) was perfect, the landscapes fascinating !
