We are 2 families that travelled with 4 boys (9-14) in February 2024. We booked the food tour directly with Vietnam AN Travel. The tour was exactly as expected and more. It was an extremely authentic experience. We felt safe while going out of the tourist areas. We actually didnt see any tourists during our tour. Henry and Justin came to pick us up in 2 seperate taxis around 5pm and we drove to another district for the first meal. We did 4 stops in total. Both Henri and Justin were simply amazing with us and our boys and we had the best of nights.

we had a wonderful private food tour with our guide Jadon! it started with a city pick up to our convenience and we took a taxi to district 10 where we were introduced to local food! true enough - food that we did not expect & it was so authentic (zero tourists). extremely positive experience with Jadon as he explained many things & kept us entertained with good humor and cultural information. jadon is very thoughtful & genuinely curious too, making the food extremely interactive and enjoyable. we look forward to joining other tours when we return, thanks jadon!

Jadon was an incredible tour guide! The food was incredible and suited our dietary restrictions (even more impressive as my group had different diets and all of us were full by the end of it). I would highly recommend the tour company and ask for Jadon! He made the experience lively

This tour was fantastic.
Our tour guide Justin was incredibly knowledgable and an expert navigator.
The food we tried was all delicious and authentic.
The walking route was manageable.
You can be as adventurous as you’d like.

We visited so many local places which we never otherwise would have been able to enjoy. The food and cooking class were so different to what we experienced so far in Vietnam. The food was really delicious and we saved the locations. Our guide Jadon was so friendly, knowledgeable and we were able to talk about so many different topics. Our friend recommended this tour to us and we will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting hcm!!

Great perfect English spoken guide! In 100% non tourist district, great adventure. Our 7,5 year's old dougther try and eat all dishes. We recommend it to all ! If we come back we make the tour again!

Justin was amazing and took us to some lovely authentic Vietnam eateries. He was very knowledgeable about the regions of where each dish originated from. He had a great personality and was so happy to help us with other questions we had about different activities and where things were in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommend.
