WOW! Coming into the day, we had very little expectation from a full day tour of Xian with our 7 year old twins, as we thought they would be bored of all the historic sites. WE WERE WRONG. Wendy was INCREDIBLE, beyond accommodating, approachable, easy going and experienced with kids. Her English is exceptional and her experience as a teacher and a tour guide for many years made our day just perfect. She took us everywhere and made all the sites interesting for us and the kids. She knew how to get places and when for best experience, she took us to the most delicious lunch place and e writhing with grace, a smile and positive attitude. I highly recommend doing this tour with Wendy, Xian ended up being our best and most favorite day so far out of our world tour of 60 days. The perfect choice.

Wendy is the best tour guide I've ever had! Pickup was on time. She made sure to explain the history to me before we arrived at the Terracotta Warriors. She was an expert at navigating the site, showing me all the highlights and guiding me through the crowds of people. She let me choose the other locations for the tour. Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Huaqing Hot Spring Palace were amazing to see. Wendy gave me so much valuable information not only on the history and culture of the people and these sites but also on how to navigate traveling in China in general, which apps to use and how to make the most of my time here.
Wendy also went above and beyond to call the airport to help me locate my lost luggage with the airline. I am so grateful to her for her help. She provided a wonderful experience. I hope to come back and have another tour with her someday.

Our tour guide Noble was Amazing! He was passionate and clearly enjoyed his job. He made sure we were comfortable and listened to our needs and created the perfect itinerary. He started as our tour guide and ended with being friends. Ask for Noble when you book, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic day as a couple on a tour led by the incomparable and brilliant Wendy, together with another solo traveler which we befriended during the tour. Wendy led us skillfully through the absolute masses of people at the Terracotta Army by very intelligently directing us to Hall 2 first while droves of people were at Hall 1 still. This way, we got great shots - which we proudly sent to all of our friends. Later in the day, we had lunch at a great restaurant specializing in local Xi'an food. We also visited Wild Goose Pagoda and, to complete the tour, the Muslim Quarter Walking street.
Wendy knows a lot about history, local culture, traditions, language, religion... you name it. We were in awe of her reciting poems from memory, diving deep into the meaning of buddhist practices, and explaining little things about anything and everything we saw on the way. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is also very caring and always checked in on our wellbeing, asking what we would like to do next. We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to have met Wendy, and will remember this tour for many years to come. Thank you, Wendy!

Wendy was a truly great tour guide! From start to finish her energy was infectious and her passion for explaining the history of the different sites was evident. She has a great personality and is extremely helpful for deciding how you want to customise the day with her. The whole day from start to finish was extremely efficient and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend booking with Wendy enough!
