Our afternoon excursion will take you to discover breathtaking landscapes with vineyards and olive groves, a characteristic Chianti Village and a typical local winery surrounded by greenery.
Once you arrive in the village we will take you to a typical winery where you can make the first tasting of 3 wines produced in the area, at the end of the tasting you will have the opportunity to buy the tasted wines and many other typical products such as olive oil . You will have some free time to walk through the narrow streets of the town and shop in the small local shops.
After visiting the village we will reach a typical farm located the Chianti hills, here we will have a tour of the entire winery and we will explain how from grapes we get to the 'bottle'! At the end of the visit we will have another tasting of 3 local wines and a tasting of slow food products such as charcuterie and olive oil. At the end of the wine tasting, there will be the possibility to buy the products tasted.

I loved the first stop of the tour. beautiful vineyard and wonderful wine. second stop wasn't what i was expecting but still delicious and fun nonetheless. all around good experience and i didn't feel rushed. wonderful tour guide.

The tour guide and the bus driver were excellent. The scenery on the ride through the countryside was lovely and the setting at the two wineries was beautiful. The staff at both were very informative and we learned alot about the making of Chianto Classico. A great way to spend the afternoon!

Lovely ride through the Chianti hills. The group we were with was very large - 60 people. Tastings were very small. Would have liked more time in Radda.

Tour was good, but it would have been nice for someone to walk us back to our meeting point. It was dark and difficult for some people to navigate.

We loved the whole thing, a great day. I’d rate it a 4.5. In terms of feedback, and I suspect some of this is outside of your control but here it is anyway. The first vineyard, in the countryside, was spectacular. Staff was amazing, location was stunning, just wish we could have stayed longer. The second vineyard, the wine was great, the instructor was excellent, very informed, etc., but we were crammed in like sardines and totally rushed through, that part was not fun at all. The stop in the little town, I’d skip that next time and use that time at vineyards instead. There wasn’t really enough time to do anything and the restaurant staff in the town seemed annoyed that we all arrived at once (I don’t blame them). The coordinator I’d give her a 4. She was good but had unnecessary attitude at times. To conclude as I started, we totally loved the day, just wanted to provide feedback in case it’s helpful!
