This was one of the best experiences of my life, i had such an amazing time and i would recommend to everyone!! One of my favourite parts of this trip was the staff, they make you feel extremely welcomed, especially HARRY, my dad has allergies to garlic and chilli and harry did everything he could to make sure he was not eating these, harry was kind and very genuine and we were very happy with him. RHYDER was also very good, we did a fresh spring roll cooking demonstration and he was helpful and kind and very good. And also CHANG was a very good tour manager, she made us feel very welcomed and happy. But not only these 3, the whole team if staff team was amazing. Not only the staff was amazing but the rooms were amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular, the pool was very nice, good temperature and perfect size, the mini golf also enhanced our experience making it fun and exciting, the kayaking was very fun and beautiful and also the walking through the cave looked beautiful, and lastly the food was outstanding our 5 course meal was exceptional as well as the lunch and breakfast. One extra thing that really impressed me was, there was a lovely couple celebrating their anniversary and the staff did an amazing dance with candles and started playing the song I Will Always Love You, they provided a lovely sign for the couple, i loved this whole experience. Overall definitely pick Mon Cheri cruises they are amazing and i found nothing bad with my experience at all!!

Went on this cruise with my husband and child, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the activities. The crew were very friendly, our waiter Ducky for meals provided excellent service and was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the pool and happy hour/games on the top deck as well in the evening. The room had a balcony with a stunning view, absolutely loved it. Had a great time as well kayaking and swimming. Facilities were comfortable and host was informative and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and high quality. The Al a carte dinner felt very high end and was a 5 course meal. Kids menu for our daughter was provided too although she loved our food as well and nibbled on her favourites. Everything we ate on the cruise was incredible.
Couple of things with room for improvement however. The floors were very slippery, I slipped at the top deck area on the first evening and had a very sore knee for the rest of the time on cruise, still quite sore. I didn’t go to the caves tour on the 2nd day as there would have been crouching/bending required and my knee is quite tender. I saw a few people slip during the cruise, perhaps some carpet or anti slip material on the stairs and hard floors would help as it’s a bit of a hazard. There was a drinks spill on the top deck as well that took a while to get cleaned up from the hard floors. The food for brunch on the 2nd day ran out very quickly. Most things were slowly replaced but few like the creamy chicken was not, missed out on this even though my husband and daughter came at 9:45am as scheduled. I came 10 mins later and few things were empty.
Also the staff were very kind to give us a family room with an extra bed for our toddler, we really appreciated the extra space, however there was a lot of noise right outside the room early morning. Particularly what I think was the anchor dropping at 6:30am was very loud and our daughter woke up frightened. The smaller tranport boat was also outside with the loud engine on for a good 30 mins in the morning at around 7am. Not sure how the noise could be avoided but perhaps requesting a higher level would help with the noise.
Overall we really enjoyed the cruise, wish we could have stayed 2 nights as there’s quite a lot to fit in for 1 night. We got on the ship by about 1pm and was off the ship by about 10:30 the following morning.

Amazing experience! My first ever cruise and it exceeded all expectations. Truly a luxury cruise. We booked the suite and the cabin was gorgeous! So many massive windows to see the beautiful view. Bed was very comfortable and balcony/deck was spacious! Room also included a massage chair and jacuzzi. Kayaking experience was fun as well. All the staff were amazing and helpful - especially our server Gohan. He took great care of us the entire trip. I celebrated my birthday and they did an amazing job making it very special.

It was my first cruise and it exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend this cruise over any other in Halong Bay. My favourite part was how modern it was, not dated at all. Our server Gohan was wonderful, super attentive to all of our needs.

The views were unbelievable, we couldn't stop taking pictures. The staff was great and very helpful, remy from the restaurant was very nice and took a great care of us.

Great service and an incredible experience! We would absolutely recommend to everyone! The rooms were 10/10, and we loved the common area to hang out and enjoy the happy hour! Also, the activities and the staff were amazing, specially Leo and “The King of Spring Rolls”!

This was an amazing and memorable experience. The food was first class. The staff are all amazing and very accommodating, with a special mention to Remy who made our experience even more special. Oh and the view, breathtaking!

Really comfortable cruise for seeing the Ha Long/Lan Ha bay. Amazing service, especially from Jennie who took really good care of my elderly parents to ensure they had an enjoyable time. Highly recommended
