It was an amazing experience with stunning views. Everything from the start was well planned and executed with clockwork precision. The pick up from Hanoi to the pier in Ha Long and the transfer to the big boat was seamless and smooth thanks to the efficient staff. The arrival on board was very pleasant. All the meals were different with lavish courses and served efficiently without any waiting. My wife is a vegetarian and even the vegetarian meals had options and were customised to the need. The team leader/ supervisor, Mr John, deserves a special mention. He took special care of our individual needs and was very affable and efficient. His planning and execution were perfect. They even organised a special cake and fan fair for my birthday on board. The staff were very helpful and their hospitality was very warm and helpful. All the planned activities, including kayaking, squid fishing etc, went well including the trips to the islands and caves. The cruise itself had all facilities and rooms were very well appointed with Jacuzzi and massage chair. The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. We had a memorable stay and cruise and would love to recommend it to friends, besides taking it again whenever we are in Vietnam next.

I spent hours and hours researching cruises. Mon Cherie did not disappoint. This cruise was amazing. We booked directly with Jane who was great to deal with. We had no issues.
Once onboard, Anne our host greeted us with her wonderful smile. She knew our names and went over and above to ensure we had a great trip. We want to take her home with us.
Our rooms were beautiful. We had a balcony adjoining room as we were travelling with our son.
The food on board is amazing. We had seven course dinners, great lunches, breakfasts and happy hours. You definitely won’t be hungry.
Highly recommend doing the three day so you can really relax and enjoy this amazing part of the world.
The best way to finish our Vietnam holiday. We are not normally cruise people but this is a must do whilst in Vietnam.

This cruise is amazing. We were given an upgrade from our original booking. We booked directly with Jane from Mon Cherie who was great to deal with. Definitely recommend booking the three day, two night trip so you can really relax and enjoy this beautiful part of the world.
Our host Anne was incredible. From the moment we boarded the boat she knew our names and we were welcomed with her beautiful smile and great service. We want to take her back home 😁.
The rooms are beautiful. We had an adjoining balcony suite as we were travelling with our son.
The food is great. We had 7 course dinners, big breakfasts and lunches, You will not be hungry.
This was a great relaxing way to finish our three weeks in Vietnam.

I highly recommend this cruise. Everything was top notch. The room and the food was great. It was good value for a 3 day cruise.
The staff/crew were very professional. And were good at communicating, and have very good English.
Gohan had great service and the coolest name!

Cruise was amazing. Very scenic. 3 days trip needed with kids. Bike ride, kayaking and swimming were great. Special mention to Jimmy who was outstanding in service, politeness, very very accommodating and went way over and above with every part of the cruise.

The scenery is spectacular despite the rainy weather, the overall service is great (the staff helped us surprise a friend on his bday!) the tour is generally well recommended

We had such an amazing experience on the Mon Cheri! Staying for two nights was perfect as we got to experience all activities as well as have time to rest and unwind. Andy and Ryder were the most friendly, accomodating, and helpful crew members! Kayaking, exploring different islands and villages, and delicious food. 1000% recommend for adventuring around Ha Long Bay.
