We booked this on line,but could not use our phones in istanbul,roaming costs horrific,so had notes of information sent to us before flying,so go to exit 14,taxi pick up,mega guys on mobiles,calling taxi to come and collect,very little english spoken,but ask,one man looked at my homemade sign with Talixo on,he phoned them,another man came in 5 minutes,led us to Mercedes people carrier,lovely luxury,one hour journey to Sultanamet,horrendous traffic ques,safely arrive at hotel,they charged us less than half the hotel price quoted,so would definately use them,keep a clear note of your details,as the drivers do not speak English.

The driver did not show up at the appointed time and place. No message was received on WhatsApp and was unable to contact Talixo using telephone numbers given to use in case of difficulty locating driver. I searched and phoned for about two hours before booking a taxi for my trip to the cruise ship terminal in Istanbul. Complaint was made and I have had no response or refund.

Very difficult to find where to meet with no communication from company.
We spent way too much time in airport trying to find meeting place. Company did not answer messages. When I finally found who had my name on records it was not where meeting place was supposed to be

Arriving from the airport we did not have a great experience. It was a little hard to find the dispatcher. When we did find them, there was a bit of a wait. Once in the van, we were happy to be on our way to the hotel. Unfortunately, the driver was inattentive. He did not ask if we wanted A/C even though it was a hot summer evening. He then turned on some flashing lights inside the van, which was the last thing we needed.
Going to the airport from the hotel a few days later, we had a much better experience. The driver did everything the first driver did not. He made sure we were comfortable and made the ride much better.

The driver was excellent but meeting up with the rider location was very very difficult. Made several phone calls was told to go to exit 13 (wrong info) finally found a nice person who called for me and then found someone to walk me to pick up point ( a long way)

Great experience. This company texted explicit instructions in advance on what's app that were very clear. They were Easy to connect with, the receptionist at the gate was very polite and helpful, and the driver knew the way and delivered us safely and quickly. All good. Excellent service
