Driver did not track flight and wait for arrival. Flight was delayed and driver left without checking flight arrival. I lost money and viator is refusing to refund. Worst experience. I feel cheated.

Excellent service. They kept us apprised of our reservation and communicated completely upon arrival at the airport. Very courteous and helpful driver.
