My flight to Zurich was cancelled. I contacted Viator hours before my transfer, not to ask for a cancellation just to rebook it for the following day. They had me back & forth between them and the local operator explaining the situation and both were saying that the other one should make the call of moving the transfer. After hours on this situation, no one made the call and finally I got a message saying that the transfer cannot be cancelled, something that I didn’t even asked for.
Every person that I talked to through Viator’s whatsapp had to go back and review everything, I had to explain the situation several times and no one had a good solution. Net, net I lost my money.
I’ve spent thousands on Viator tours this Summer and would have expected a little more support and understanding, especially if I was not asking for a refund but a simple rebooking.
Terrible experience and I would never use Viator again for this type of transfers, much better service and support from other companies.

We were picked up from arrivals and were whisked right out to the van. The van was maybe 50 steps outside of the arrivals hall - very convenient! The driver was very friendly. Highly recommend this service!
