I feel like I need to write two separate reviews, one for each way.. I booked a round trip ride.
Leaving SJD... 5/5. Welcoming staff, friendly driver, private car. Overall a fantastic start to vacation! If the ride back was even half as good as this, I would be satisfied.
Leaving the hotel... 0/5. Had a very unfriendly interaction with staff stating I had to confirm my ride with them in person and only had 30 minutes to do so. Luckily I was still at the hotel to do so, but once I was with the staff member he was very unfriendly and rude when I asked why we had such an early pick up for our flight. His response was "we are the experts, not you", when I've been to Cabo MANY times and work for the airlines... lol. The bus had a serious suspension problem and several people felt motion sickness on the bus, myself included.
So be prepared for an unfriendly staff interaction and bring something to help with motion sickness. Felt like we were off roading for the whole 45 minute ride.

Our transfer from the airport to the hotel was adequate. They had more passengers then there were seatbelts in the van. My friend and I booked seperated round trip transfers. Neither one of us received return trip information about pick up. I emailed and contacted Gray Line through the trip advisor site and received no response. I ended up taking an uber to the airport for the return (so did my friend on a different day). I requested 1/2 a refund since I was not given a return info or pick up and was denied. I would not use this service again

Horrible service, they left us stranded in Cabo after taking out money. Don’t use this company, our flight was at 4;30pm but they decided to show up at hotel at 6am, then considered us a no show. Took our money

Temperature. We found that the Almond fish is a wonderful dish that is enough for two people with moderate appetites. If you’re a voracious eater, you had better order two. The sauce is superb. I wish we could get the sauce recipe from the the
Chef.

We used Translife Shuttle Service this past weekend in Cabo. This shuttle service was recommended by our concierge from WM Coral Baja and it was $60 round trip for my daughter and I. Service was professional and the van was clean, cool and comfortable. We shared with another couple but there was plenty of room and they were also going to WMCB so we didn't have to make any additional stops. I'll use the service again when I go back!
