Experience St Maarten's unique and colourful past as you take a leisure bicycle ride through its historically-rich streets. Your guide will lead you into the heart of town, where you will have the chance to stop at various points of interest to learn about the island’s history and rich culture. You will get up close to the famous salt pond, visit important landmarks such as the Old Court House, Freedom Fighters Monument, and Carnival Village, enjoying several fun photo opportunities. Of course your day will not be complete without a dip in the pristine waters of Great Bay before heading back to Port.
Please note that St. Maarten does not have cycling lanes, therefore this tour requires cycling with traffic, which might be an uncomfortable experience if you are not accustomed to it.

It was a really good tour. Benson John was amazing and was a great friendly and knowledgeable tour guide for my family. I would highly recommend him and give him 5 stars. The only drawback back was the actual bikes, the were beat up and old.

This was my favorite excursion on the cruise I went on when we stopped in St Maarten! Benson and Janell were the best tour guides and comic relief! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island with your American cousins!!

First of all, Jenel is a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable about St. Maarten, having grown up on both sides of the island. He was very accommodating, and answered all our questions at length. We really enjoyed the bike tour very much, and would highly recommend him and his organization to anyone reaching the island. We were able to start and end within 5 minutes walk of our ship, at the port. Trust us, there are many more options available directly to travellers than the ones advertised by the cruise ship. Usuallly, the prices are better. Sometimes, you find a better and more timely fit for your planned stay. They have flexibility to meet your needs, morning or afternoon, and offer other tours as well as this bike tour.

We booked ourselves rather than use cruise excursions. The booking process is super easy and can be reserved, pay later which is good if weather interferes with cruise ports of call. Jenal was our tour guide and hubby and I were lucky enough to it just being us. We booked the 1130 slot. Jenel is knowledgeable, great humour and is clearly passionate about his island. Bikes were in good working order, easy to get the hang of and despite it being windy we managed to cover quite abit of the island. Wished I'd worn a baseball cap under the cycle helmet for more comfort. We were provided with a bottle of water and also as part of the tour, had a drink in a bar on the beach front with a stop of 30 minutes at the beach, as free time before heading back to the meeting point. Would definitely recommend 👌 and you're right Jenal...what happens in Sint Maartens goes on Facebook 😂

Good tour to do when we had just arrived as it meant we were orientated in Philipsburg. Our guides we very good & humorous Janelle & Benson plus conciencous in stopping the traffic . It unfortunately rained so the views weren’t as good.

Great way to see some of Philipsburg. Bikes are right at the cruise terminal and guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and fun to be around. Tour was on the streets and then the beach boardwalk for the most part. Was crowded but worked well.

Jenel was an excellent guide and we learned so much. Great information, tremendous enthusiasm and love for his island. Love the personal stories and conversing about how the island functions from a government standpoint as well as the cultural history and sites.
Bikes were in good condition and glad to have water for the ride.
Best for individuals who are confident cyclists and can handle riding in both motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
We would definitely step it up next time for ourselves and book the ebike ride as we would love to see more of the island and experienced riders.
